A source for what? I just explained how the study is flawed, based on a flawed premise and you do not even know who these allegedly racist HR people are.

 

I can not stress enough that I do not care about your opinion about that study.
You got NO SOURCE to back it up. So it's your opinion vs a source on Bloomberg.

How childish. Bloomberg(Libos) reports the study so it is real. America is racist!

 

It's not my problem that you got no source. And so it stands that there is racism in the US.
There are a wild scale of other reports. From how driving while black is a true thing during the day when cops can see if the driver is black, while white people got a higher chance of haven broken some law when pulled over. To how white people take and deal as much drugs as black people, yet black people are hunted down by cops to fill the jails for drug violations. To how when all things are considered (like criminal background), that black people get longer sentences then white people by an obvious amount that can't be explained.

You know the list. You just think that your opinion matters as a way to "debunk" scientific research.
It's like hearing some Karin yelling that covid aint real because of what she read of facebook.

Frankly, this is a little play on words, isn't it? Whites do earn more than Blacks. But, it's clear that they're not earning the most.

I'm surprised to see Asian earning considerably more than the other "groups". It would be interesting to know why.

Also, Blacks are undisputedly the lowest earning "group" (except for some "tribes" of "natives"); so that they can justifiably consider themselves "underprivileged".

Without entering further into that "privilege" dispute, it would be interesting to understand the factors that lead to that situation.

And, undoubtedly, imho, racial prejudice still plays a role in the minds of a number of potential employers, but I won't go as far as saying it is a general attitude.

To a certain extent, a number of Black people bear a share of responsibility about that: a few years ago I had a long discussion on that matter with a black taxi driver in Seattle; to make a long story short, I argued it was not a clever thing for Blacks to call themselves "African-Americans". Using that expression, they sort of marginalize themselves. Do the Whites call themselves "European Americans"?

This habit does not however totally exonerate the minority of Whites who still have a racial discrimination attitude towards Blacks, and/or other minorities for that matter.

Racism against black people is not every where to be found. If it were so then there would be no need to manufacture fake hate crimes.

 

Some good points there. To me it is simple. Run down a list of reasons why Asians, Jews, Middle Eastern Americans and Nigerian Americans and some Hispanics are so successful.

Successful people:
Usually have a stronger family unit. Usually 2 parent families.
They have above average intelligence.
Good work ethic.
An attitude of independence rather than dependency.

This is universal.

The same reasons blacks fail is why many whites fail. The problem is just 2X worse in the black community.

 

Why are you obsessed with blacks only? Not the other 2/3 people of color who are enormously successful and doing fine?

Since 40% of America is not white why would you assume that unfair treatment of blacks is a white thing? Not every employer or HR person is white and not every cop is white. Not every juror is white.

Your brain is locked in 1950. Whites vs blacks! Asians have household incomes 30% higher than whites and seem to have no problems with law enforcement.

 

They published a scientific study made by the university of California, Berkeley and Chicago.

Well a university concluded differently when analyzing almost a 100 million traffic stops.

I already commented on Asians in a previous post written to you, and you've ignored it.

 

Diversity means you accept the fact that people from a range of different social and ethnic backgrounds are created equal.

"Created equal" does not mean "equal in every sense" as in equal incomes, equal talents etc.

Bullcrap. I used sound logic why I think that study is nonsense. Most black people do not have weird ethnic sounding names. The very foundation of the study is bullcrap!

Which of the points I made do you have a problem with? If the 30 most common surnames of black Americans are also the surnames of millions of whites the study is crap.

These were resumes of fake people and the claim is name discrimination!!

Notice how the diverse loving libos discount Asian success like it is inauthentic or gimmicky.

Why not just say that Asians are successful and well educated because they are smart and hard working and responsible? They will not say that because it destroys their ideology. Their ideology is that outcomes have little to do with those things.

Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines and Indonesia are countries in southeast Asia. Immigrants from those countries all have higher household incomes than whites and brown skin.

What is interesting is that they are hardly the same. Vietnam is a communist country of Buddhists. Thailand is Buddhist. Indonesia is Muslim and The Philippines is a Christian catholic country.

Does not matter. Despite color, cultural differences and religion these people all come here and succeed. Interesting.

 

Let me repeat what I wrote in a recent post about the characteristics of successful people.

There it is. That simple. Stupid, lazy people who think others owe them something make up the lion's share of the poor in this country. Has nothing to do with skin color.

Notice that when confronted with scientific research that you quickly reside to that your opinion matters far more even when you can't prove it.
