    Complete nonsense. There is no evidence whatsoever of any cause/effect relationship between the color of a person's skin and whether or not they are a murderer. So focusing on skin color is not only not worth it, it is a distraction from the problem.

    I don't believe the skin color is what is causing the murders. It's just a characteristic that the people have who commit the most murders.

    Then we're back to my original question.
    Why do some people attribute the actions of such a small minority to everyone who shares a similar skin color?

    According to FBI crime statistics, 29.7% of murder offenders are unknown race. So you can't even verify that more murderers are black than white.
