I lost my upper teeth in a motorcycle accident when I was 21. I have had upper dentures ever since. They fit well and look great. They have never given me any problem

My lower teeth are a broken and terrible looking congeries of trouble. Over the years they have cost me several thousand dollars, caused me endless terrible pain, and look awful

WHY do we go to so VERY much trouble to keep our teeth if they are not cooperating. Are the Amish right? I think they may be in this regard.

If I had the money, (which I don't) I'd have every one of the damned broken, aching SOBs yanked and get a full set of dentures. There's a reason dental insurance is an extra, Dentists are obscenely EXPENSIVE. And try finding one that does extractions, nope, just want to drill, fill, floss and gloss, pay off the mortgage and their kids through college. NEVER knew ANYONE who got dentures and regretted it.
