You take the position that African societies are a definitive example of the inferiority of the black man since they are typically politically, economically and socially "challenged" in comparison to Northern hemisphere societies. I suppose if one is satified with superfical one dimensional justifications for ones bigotry, then it seems plausible.

Imagine if all that wealth taken from Africa by the europeans was paid for in infrastructure development, schools, hospitals, roads etc,. But at that point the conceit of the white man insisted that primitive was equivalent to inferior and the kafirs deserved short shrift.

There lots of other variables in the equation that equals the current deplorable conditions one finds in too many african nations so your argument doesn't hold the weight you think it does.
