    If they were seeking psychological intervention that is what they would seek help for.

    I don’t know a better term for it but I understand your point. I think there needs to be a better differentiation between the attraction and the action.

    No the differentiation is pretty obvious. But they're all a danger to children. Some more than others.

    To get the help so that they don't actually hurt the children? Also because the description of a pedophile is a person who has pedophilia, a psychiatric disorder that exists whether or not a child has been hurt by the person with pedophilia. Fact. Disprove it.

    There is. Pedophilia is the attraction and a pedophile is a person with those attractions. Child sexual assault is the action and can occur with or without pedophilia being present. It was in a pervious post with a link to the source material.

    It is not semantics as you are improperly using the word. Attraction is not action. Pedophilia is not a fetish or a kink. Your post have no facts backing them up and ours do.

    No I argue about the evolution of language. Not every word is changing right now. Words do have meaning. Those meanings are not carved into stone. If that was true, then gay would never have become a derogatory term for homosexuals. Language changes. That you don't think so is just another of your fantasies.
