Untrue, with underage people of either sex it is simply enough that the offence took place and the accused reasonably knew the other was underage. With adults dating it is a different story.

True or the opposite way to look at it is they have the resources to prove their innocence, the average Joe with a public defender has the whole resources of the police and CPS against them, the rich can afford private eyes to investigate the witnesses, their own experts to question forensic evidence and lawyers with the time and motivation to really get into the case. You must also consider would charges be brought against people if they weren't famous by politically ambitious DA's?

Possibly. It troubles me that they all waited so long to report, that they continued to associate and socially interact with their supposed rapist and that their definition of rape is having sex with a rich and famous person whom they've voluntarily taken drink and drugs with. Look at all the cases of this type which have fallen apart before. Again he could be guilty but the evidence to me does not go beyond a reasonable doubt.

Many years ago I was sexually assaulted by a guy in my apartment building and I would not have dreamt of reporting him. You are blaming the victims and making excuses. You are also acting as though it is only the rich and famous who rape women. One and six women have been sexually assaulted and not by rich famous men.
