Absolutely, we had a stated case in the UK where man was prosecuted for having sex with an 11 year old but this was an 11 year old he met in a nightclub. The jury found him innocent and rightfully so, he had a reasonable expectation she would be over 16. Unless we can prove they knew they were underage they should get the benefit of the doubt.
