    How could tyrants like Hitler or Stalin have been stopped from using Twitter if it had existed during WW II?

    So most of human history we didn’t know how to make guns and it took until a comparatively very short time ago to figure out how to make them? And once again, if you don’t teach people how to scramble eggs, they won’t scramble eggs.
