One of the reasons why you can be arrested for "inciting a riot" or "disturbing the peace" if your public speech causes such. One of the reasons why neo-Nazi's, white supremacists & white nationalist are met with over-whelming counter protests by the general population, and now with direct violent protest from a smaller group....history (past and recent) has shown the direct results and conclusions of their speech (i.e., murder)

Oh and know your terminology, because "fascists" are not people who advocate equal justice and fair treatment under the law for ALL citizens regardless of race, color or creed.
