I hate to break it to you but you don’t know what ‘double standard’ means.
I do refer to banning abortion as taking away a woman’s right because it would be taking away a woman’s right. You know, because only women can have an abortion.
Repealing 2A would be taking away a persons right because 2A is a right both men AND women have.
It’s utterly amazing this has to be explained to you over and over and over.

Why wouldn't I refer to repealing 2A as taking away a person's right? If 2A were repealed it WOULD be taking away a person's right. Why is this such a struggle for you?

 

That's true, but it doesn't mean that you would actually VOICE it. Again, maybe I'm wrong about thinking that you wouldn't say it, but do you actually think that a staunch anti-gun person would castigate someone for proposing a repeal of the second amendment, saying, you're for taking away a person's right? If they were aware that the Constitution exists, then they would have no choice but to THINK it, but there's no way in hell that they'd actually VOICE it!
