    Choice of foods.
Choice of how to prepare foods.

I've had Obese Asian and Mexican patients with all sorts of medical ills and multiple medicines.
I would tell them you can only have as much rice / tortillas, beans, rice as you got in the old country. And if you are still hungry it has to be meat, chicken, fish, eggs, whole fresh vegetable (not starchy), a whole piece of fruit, nuts.
The Asian responded better with getting off all meds in 2-3 months.
The Mexicans with a good woman, did well. The bachelors less so.

It's the carbs loaded with fats like "onion flavored rings", Fritos, potato chips.
Oh so yummy and flavor engineered for immediate and longer lasting taste satisfaction.

So the fat people you see randomly throughout different suburbs and skinny people you see randomly throughout the city are all people you work with.
Sounds like youre profession is a stalker.

It's so old that that dog and/or owner/driver's in Heaven and that car been crushed to make way for new hybrids; if not a natural disaster claiming that SUV/4x4/Mitsubishi.
    That's old that shot.
