He didn't and he wrote down a business loss, a widely used provision of the code that has been in use for many many many years.
Why not? She has also used the Carry Over Loss provision as have many of her millionaire and billionaire donors that are funding her campaign.
They made the commitment, I most certainly can call them to account for making the commitment and then not keeping it. I think we should give them a choice, if you have not fulfilled your commitment, we may not consider ourselves to committed to bleeding and dying for you if you are attacked. Make your own choice and live with it.
I don't support this, I think Germany was foolish to do so. I would support building and protecting refugee centers in the Middle East for them.

I see you have again failed to address how the US "sinks into irrelevancy" when we are 1/6th of the Global Economy, have the most powerful military in the world, are the world's biggest food exporter and the world's largest producer of Petroleum and Natural Gas Products.

I also see you have again failed to state what nation you hail from so we can check to see of you from one of the NATO freeloading countries that fails to live up to its own commitment for defense spending.

You imputed some other positions to me that I have already told you I do not hold. I do not blame Democrats for going into Iraq, the intervention has broad bi-partisan support and was a horrible misjudgement all the same. I do hold Hillary and Obama responsible for pulling our troops out and allowing ISIS to form in the vacuum. Saddam for all his flaws was a hindering force. 100,000 US troops in the area ISIS now controls was also a hindering force. Once we deposed Saddam, we certainly shouldn't have pulled out and allowed ISIS to fill the vacuum we created, first by toppling Saddam and then by pulling out.

I certainly blame Hillary and Obama for, even though the Iraq error was still very fresh in our experience, then toppling the leader of Libya with even less thought for the aftermath that we considered for Iraq and then attempting to do the same with Syria. That is invincible ignorance, she apparently cannot learn... anything. If elected I expect her to continue her deadly blundering into the affairs of other nations.

You also failed to note, even though I pointed it out to you, that the mass of refugees are NOT from Iraq, but from Syria and Libya, you seem to be a fair bit less than honest in your arguments.

I do NOT support American Interventionist Foreign Policy. How many times do we have to learn that wars and military interventions do not work out like our leaders claim they will when they ask for public support?

We have Active Duty Troops in 150 nations, I think that is madness. We need to rethink what our policies and purposes are and quite frankly give the host nation a choice, pay for them to be there, or we will take them home. This gives nations that have our troops, that maybe really don't want our troops a very easy way to ask them to leave, simply refuse to pay the bill for keeping them there.

Through NATO we have a mutual defense agreement with 28 nations that I seriously doubt enhances our national security. The expansion of NATO was a mistake, started by Bill Clinton, continued by Bush despite Russia being under the understanding that if they agreed to the unification of Germany joining NATO that we would not expand NATO. We broke our commitment to them, in their understanding, and it has put on an unnecessary collision course with the biggest nuclear weapons force on the planet.

I would certainly take another look at NATO and would like to hear intelligent honest arguments for why it should not go back to the original 12 nations and/or be reduced to only those nations willing to honor their commitment.

No matter how you cut it. He sucks so much in running a business that he hasn't paid taxes in like a decade. He is clueless about politics. What a joke that he is a presidential candidate.

She has nothing to do with how much Trump sucks in business and how clueless he is in politics. Or are you going to argue she is like some shareholder in Trumps failing businesses?

And I most certainly can point at that the US is by far mostly responsible for the millions and millions of refugees that are running away from the chaos. Sheltering costs billions of Euro. And it's just obviously fair that the other NATO nations are draining their NATO commitment to pay for the crap their NATO partner is causing. They made their choice. It's up to the US to finally stop their thug "defense" thing.

You can not demand a country like Jordan, who is poor as hell and already got 25% of it's population as a refugee to accept more. While it's obvious that countries who are supportive of that entire mess, are the countries that clean it up. Very obvious. Also, do note, Turkey is a NATO nation. It's next door to Syria and Iraq. It really is going full retard to demand people travel through a warzone to the other side to be jailed in concentration camps by the millions. Thats like telling to a Jew fleeing for the UK, that it needs to go to Russia through nazi-Germany.

Also is the biggest terrorist of them all.
    Not relevant at all.

You said "Obama has been President for 8 years and Hillary was Secretary of State for 4. Obama has been in Afghanistan for more time than Bush, so take it up with them." So you're just distracting that onto "but a democrat did that" as if that is white washing the burden the US creates. It of course does not.

The US created ISIS in Iraq, by removing the Iraqi government, police force, army and justice department. And that spilled over into Syria. The US is responsible for the outcome of their actions. It was their choice to rape up the truth and start an illegal war against Saddam. Nobody twisted their arm for it.

Irrelevant. The US policies create a heavy financial and social burden on the other NATO nations. Hence it's absolutely morally just that they drain their commitment to have the funds to pay for the mess an other NATO member creates. To demand other NATO members must make this mess bigger is just obviously out of the question. The US really brought this up on their own, with it's latest unilateral war on Iraq. The US is not the boss of NATO. It needs to listen and cooperate in a democratic fashion.

The US is totally unlikely to shred off their neo-colonial thug reign on the world.

Accepting money from bad sources and using it for good is hardly a sign of corruption.

The Clintons ran the Haiti "recovery". The gold mine scam, the Innovida housing scam, the textile factory scam, the cell phone scam... They looted one of the poorest nations on earth that was further crushed by a major natural disaster.

“The correspondence offers a glimpse into the first stages of a $10 billion Haiti recovery effort. The emails appear to show a State Department process that at times prioritized — and, some argue, benefited — people with close ties to the Clintons.
“I think when you look at both the State Department and the Clinton Foundation in Haiti, that line was pretty faint between the two,” said Jake Johnston, a Haiti analyst for the nonpartisan Center for Economic and Policy Research. “You had a lot of coordination and connection between the two, obviously. And I think that raises significant questions about how they were both operating.”

Rampant bribery and influence peddling - the hallmark of corrupt government.

“Foreign governments and individuals are prohibited from giving money to U.S. political candidates, to prevent outside influence over national leaders. But the foundation has given donors a way to potentially gain favor with the Clintons outside the traditional political limits.” Washington Post, Foreign governments gave millions to foundation while Clinton was at State Dept., By Rosalind S. They took $2 billion for the Foundation and $200 million for themselves by selling their influence to enable crooks to loot the 3rd world.

The Con: 1. Promise to help the poor and oppressed 2. Take the money. 3. Deliver even more Hell on earth 4. run

“The company, InnoVida, manufactured fiber composite panels that could be used to build homes and other buildings without cement, steel or wood, he said. Prosecutors said Osorio defrauded investors from 2007 to 2010, exaggerating the company’s finances twenty-fold and pocketing millions of dollars to fund a lavish lifestyle. Osorio used more than $8 million of investors’ money to pay for a mansion in Miami Beach, a Maserati and a Colorado mountain retreat home, prosecutors said.” Huffington Post,

Osorio is one of the many notorious Clinton crooks who funneled money to the Clintons for a license to exploit the people of Haiti and other desperate needy people around the world.

Except of course that you have totally failed to prove that the money went to the Clintons and not their charity. On the other hand the Trump Charity has bern legally closed as a proven fraud. So in one case you have nothing but innuendo and the deliberate pretense that money to the Clinton Foundation goes into the Clintons pockets instead of charity and on the other hand you gave the proven fraud of the Trump Charity.

So to make it simple for you the Trump Charity is a proven fraud while the case against the Clinton Foundation is only in the imagination of the Clinton haters.

Wait a minute, I thought the destruction of Libya was a NATO operation. Let me check... Oh yeah. Gee, somehow you missed this!

On 19 March 2011, a multi-state NATO-led coalition began a military intervention in Libya, ostensibly to implement United Nations Security Council Resolution 1973.

Military operations began, with American and British naval forces firing over 110 Tomahawk cruise missiles:

The French Air Force, British Royal Air Force, and Royal Canadian Air Force undertaking sorties across Libya and a naval blockade by Coalition forces.

French jets launched air strikes against Libyan Army tanks and vehicles.

The initial coalition of Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Italy, Norway, Qatar, Spain, UK and US expanded to nineteen states.

The effort was initially largely led by France and the United Kingdom, with command shared with the United States. NATO took control of the arms embargo on 23 March. On 24 March, NATO agreed to take control of the no-fly zone, while command of targeting ground units remains with coalition forces. NATO flew 26,500 sorties since it took charge of the Libya mission on 31 March 2011. The following nations destroyed Libya launching the refugee flow: Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Denmark, France, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Spain, United Kingdom, United States, Jordan, Qatar, Sweden, United Arab Emirates.

Your Gal, Hillary pushed very hard for the Libyan Misadventure. And you are still hiding what country you hail from. I can't help but wonder if your country might have been part of the coalition that knocked over Libya?

Nonsense. $200 million went directly to them for speaking fees and other money laundering devices. The $billions flowing to the "charities" helped provide lucrative employment for the minions that run The Clinton political machine.

“WASHINGTON -- Hacked emails reveal internal disagreement among top aides to Hillary Clinton about her determination to hold a Clinton Foundation summit in Morocco that later drew attention over its reliance on large financial pledges from foreign governments.

Clinton aide Huma Abedin bluntly wrote in the January 2015 email that “if HRC was not part of it, meeting was a non-starter” and then warned: “She created this mess and she knows it.” It was an uncharacteristic remark from a confidant known for her abiding loyalty to Clinton over the years.”

“In her email, Abedin told Podesta and current Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook that the lavish May 2015 meeting of the Clinton Global Initiative was based on a $12 million pledge from Moroccan King Mohammed VI to host the event.

“The King has personally committed approx. $12 million both for the endowment and to support the meeting,” Abedin wrote.

Clinton Foundation records do not show any direct pledge of funding from the king or government of Morocco to the charity.”

“In her message, Abedin said that Clinton’s personal appearance at the planned meeting was a key element in the Moroccan decision to host the event.

“The condition upon which the Moroccans agreed to host the meeting was her participation,” Abedin wrote. She added that “CGI also wasn’t pushing for a meeting in Morocco and it wasn’t their first choice.”

But days after OCP’s role in the Marrakesh meeting was publicized, Clinton decided not to attend. Her decision came despite a November 2014 email in which Abedin insisted “no matter what happens, she will be in Morocco hosting CGI on May 5-7, 2015. Her presence was a condition for the Moroccans to proceed so there is no going back on this.”

Too vague and unsubstantiated so far. An aide accused her in an email of using "foundation resources" for her wedding. First, an aide saying it doesn't mean it's true. Second, I can't tell if that means everything in the wedding was literally paid for by the foundation, or if she borrowed a vehicle used for the foundation. 3rd, even if true it would not negate the charity the Clinton Foundation does. 4th if true, it would not say much about Hillary Clinton. 5th, the Trump foundation has also been accused of misusing charitable funds, but by Trump himself and not his spoiled child.

Heya D.....I work in the Print Industry and I already have started making things difficult for those at the Chicago Tribune and Sun Times. The Times and Post Tribune. I will continues to do so. Already I have put Lynn Sweet on notice and couple of Editors. I'm hoping those at the NY times discover it so they know who I will come for next.

Did you see how the MS Media didn't want to focus on that news about Benghazi and who at State Hired the Blue Mountain group that in turn hired Ansar al Sharia that attacked our People? All while Hillary was in charge.

Sorry but none of that demonstrates that money going to the Clinton Foundation benefitted the Clinton's personally. That is the issue and the one that Trump supporters continually fail to prove. On thenother hand Trump's Charity has been closed becausebit was a total and absolute fraud.

Here is the only actual quote from an Email in your link and it proves absoluty nothing. But nice try.

“The investigation into her getting paid for campaigning, using foundation resources for her wedding and life for a decade, taxes on money from her parents…,” Band wrote to John Podesta, now Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman.

“I hope that you will speak to her and end this. Once we go down this road…”

Try again Margot.....this time with some reality. The MS Media did not focus on Who at the State Dept Hired Blue Mountain group who Hired Members of Ansar Al Sharia. They didn't even focus on the 17 Martyr Brigade who was infested with members of Ansar al Sharia.

I was one of the first to bring it up here. So where were you? Besides looking to deflect and go tangential over what you thought you knew about Gadhafi and Libya.

Wherein I have pretty much had to take you to school with the learnin'.....like with most things in the ME and Africa.

Yet another unsourced attack on Trump while ignoring the obvious massive pay for play of The Clintons.

“Everything blurs into everything else in this world. The state department, the banks, Silicon Valley, the nonprofits, the “Global CEO Advisory Firm” that appears to have solicited donations for the Clinton Foundation. Executives here go from foundation to government to thinktank to startup. There are honors. Venture capital. Foundation grants. Endowed chairs. Advanced degrees. For them the door revolves. The friends all succeed. They break every boundary. But the One Big Boundary remains. Yes, it’s all supposed to be a meritocracy. But if you aren’t part of this happy, prosperous in-group – if you don’t have John Podesta’s email address – you’re out.”
The Guardian, Forget the FBI cache; the Podesta emails show how America is run, Thomas Frank, 10/31/2016.
    https://www.theguardian.com/comment...ails-show-who-runs-america-and-how-they-do-it

I doubt that you had Podesta's email address and benefited from any of this corruption. So do some research. The Clintons are just very crooked politicians who routinely betray the people they say they serve to enrich themselves and Wall Street.

When even the UK Guardian gets it - you can too.

Yeah I think Fox was the only one to break it back out. From a Wiki dump. The rest kept it on the downlow so as to not hurt Hillary.

Benghazi guards turned on US diplomats in 2012 attack, sources say....

An obscure private firm hired by the State Department over internal objections to protect U.S. diplomats in Benghazi just months before the American ambassador and three others were killed was staffed with hastily recruited locals with terror ties who helped carry out the attack, multiple sources told Fox News.

The explosive charge against Wales-based Blue Mountain Group comes from several sources, including an independent security specialist who has implemented training programs at U.S. Consulates around the world, including in Benghazi, where he trained a local militia that preceded Blue Mountain. The source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said Blue Mountain used local newspaper ads to assemble a team of 20 guards, many of whom had terror ties, after securing a $9.2 million annual contract.

“The guards who were hired were locals who were part of the Ansar al-Sharia and Al Qaeda groups operating in Benghazi,” said the source, whose assignment in Benghazi had ended in November 2011. “Whoever approved contracts at the State Department hired Blue Mountain Group and then allowed Blue Mountain Group to hire local Libyans who were not vetted.”

Many were members of the Libyan government-financed February 17th Martyrs Brigade, an Islamist militia that had previously guarded Americans before being replaced by Blue Mountain.

John “Tig” Tiegen, one of the CIA contractors that responded to the Sept. 11, 2012 attack and co-author of “13 Hours: The Inside Account of What Really Happened in Benghazi,” confirmed to Fox News that the local Libyans who attacked the consulate that night included guards working for Blue Mountain.

“Blue Mountain Libya, at the time of being awarded the contract by our State Department, had no employees so they quickly had to find people to work, regardless of their backgrounds,” he said.

One former guard who witnessed the attack, Weeam Mohamed, confirmed in an email sent to the Citizens Commission on Benghazi and obtained by Fox News, that at least four of the guards hired by Blue Mountain took part in the attack after opening doors to allow their confederates in......snip~

We now know that the State Dept under Hillary also denied our people.....a 50 cal machinegun. That's besides the denial of Security.

No. But it caused a million. Most of the refugees are from the Syrian action. Your Gal Hillary was probably running weapons to the terrorists in Syria from Benghazi. And your Boy Barack is the largest weapons dealer the world has seen since WWII. That's why I don't support continuing the crazy insane interventions policies of the Clinton's, The Bush's or Obama.

Do you know if the mortars were within the range of a 50? It is my understanding that the contractors lit them up. I am not sure how to calculate the range of plunging fire from a 50 cal - over a mile I would guess.

Why would the DOS deny them such an old cheap effective weapon?
