of course it's about gay sex

do those living the homosexual life put their pants on differently than heteros?

Do they bleed differently, sleep differently?

No, it's just how they have sex which is different

So, you want laws based upon how one small segment chooses to have sex

please put it in its correct perspective, then a conversation can be had

So then, it is your contention that we currently have no laws regulating sexual behavior?

    Interesting...

You really don't understand the concept of a shared risk pool, do you? Neither do you seem to grasp the concept of a society outliving any of it's individual members.

does SS treat a married person different from a single person?

The answer is obviously yes. Is that how govt is supposed to fairly represent the people? The answer is obviously no.

Not after they are dead. Social Security benefits are for the living. The law treats married couples as families, rather than as individuals. You apparently desire to end that distinction. Write your representatives and offer them your advice on this issue.

Of course it is not. You are making a category error.

No, it's who arouses their sexual interest that's different. Whether or not they ever act on that interest.

No, we want laws that treat all couples equally.

You seem obsessed with the sex act itself, and that misses the entire point. Which is why you refuse to acknowledge homosexual virgins. Sometimes people have illnesses or accidents which makes sex impossible, but their orientation doesn't change a bit. The subject is marriage.

That is akin to saying that being Jewish is strictly about reading the Torah.

I have provided the definition of 'homosexual' to you before

    ho·mo·sex·u·al
    ˌhōməˈsekSHo͞oəl/Submit
    adjective
    1.
(of a person) sexually attracted to people of one's own sex.
    "homosexual desire"
    noun
    noun: homosexual; plural noun: homosexuals
    1.
a person who is sexually attracted to people of their own sex.

Nothing in the definition about how they choose to have sex.

This is why I conclude that you are just an anti-gay activists- because you regularly use knowingly false statements like this in an attempt to belittle homosexuals.

so now it's belittling to point out how homosexuals engage in sex? Why do you feel that way? I do not feel belittled when someone calls me a fisherman, or a gear head as I do like to fish and do like to work on cars.
I don't feel belittled being labeled a heterosexual and that i engage in heterosexual sex

No it is belittling to say that being a homosexual is of course it's about gay sex- that is akin to saying being Jewish is about getting circumcised, or that an African American is all about eating watermelon.

A homosexual is a homosexual because he or she is attracted to the same gender- a Jew is a Jew because he or she worships the God of the People.
