Fact: the Kansas City, MO school district lost their accreditation. They now must have a 97% attendance rate of students in schools to regain it. Cursing at these schools have become so bad that any student that curses gets suspended out of school for 3 days, but I think a better solution would be to send students that curse to an in school suspension confinement room for a number of days proportional to their cursing.
