Romney raised more money than any republican candidate in history, had more money at his disposal than Trump did in 2016, however when Romney was going up against Obama he couldn't tie the guy's shoe strings.

Romney will have beaucoup money if he runs, but millions and millions of Trump voters will sit home and Romney won't pick up but a handful of liberals if any.

I completely agree with you that Romney rather than Obama should have become president. However, Romney will never become president or be the nominee for president - UNLESS he runs in the Democratic Primary, where he could completely rely upon your vote.
