If Hunter is guilty as charged he will have to give up his seat and maybe go to jail

    If so thats his problem

But your moral indignation is incomplete if you dont include the scores of anti trumpsters who are guilty of simular wrongdoing

I see no valid reason to contrive diversions from the topic.

    "Oh, yeah!
    Well, what about ...?"

Are there other, even more egregious matters - such as the multiple accusations of rape perpetrated by Bubba Clinton and Deranged Donny Trump?

Indeed, but Dirty Dunky's travails, and this thread, are about Dirty Dunky.

Yes, you can evoke skanky bimbo antics behind the backs of trophy wives and other such sordid activities if you need to, but Dirty Dunky's sexual degeneracy is merely a confirmation of the vile behavior that occasions his legal plight.

You should, at least, be able to derive a modicum of amusement from raging trumper Dirty Dunky parroting the messiah's irrational "Witch Hunt!", "Deep State!" desperation.

Yes, that is why Deranged Don is still sulking and chronically tweeting "Crooked Hillary!" years after no crimes could be uncovered.

The contrast to how hillary was treated compared to trump is difficult for conservatives to ignore

I dont think sending her to jail is appropriate but her political career should have ended before the 2016 election due to criminal convictions against her

Years of Republican-run congressional inquisitions hellbent on contriving anything for which Clinton might be indicted failed.

After the Trump Justice Department's own Republican Special Counsel filed his report - in which he pointedly declared did he not exonerate Trump - Democrats have only begun their oversight responsibilities - and not because George Conway, Max Booth, Justin Amash and others demand no less.

    Liberals need civics lessons

Trump does not have to prove his innocence

Mueller fsiled to prove him guilty of colludion with russia and the is all the exonerstion he needs

    I
f that were even close to true Hunter would be long gone. His illegal activities have been going on since he arrived in Congress and have been known for some time.

Are they doing anything about Collins in NY?

Trump can insist that he is innocent, of course. His lie that the Trump Justice Department's Republican Special Counsel exonerated him was entirely gratuitous.

Congress must now exercise its oversight responsibilities.

Comey said much the same about Hillary as Mueller said about Trump. She acted improperly but he did not think he could prove any criminal intent on her part. Same as Mueller said about Trump. If Hillary had been elected instead of Trump, you and I both know that the GOP congress would have been up her ass about the email deal just like the Dems are up Trumps ass regarding this Russian deal. That’s politics post Watergate. Get used to it until we can get a leader who will work to unify this country instead of pointing fingers and blaming the other guys. There are several men or women who could work toward that end from both parties. Trump is not one of them.

Criminal intent is not requred when compromising classified information

The submarine sailor who went to jail for taking pictures of his boat did not have criminal intent

Then why doesn’t Trumps DOJ arrest her, indict her and lock her up? They have had over 2 years for Christ’s sake.

The trump DOJ is too busy trying to impeach him to go after hillsry

Or it was before the mueller witchhunt bombed out

Only die-hard hillary haters would give priority to punishing hillary over more urgent matters

But I think she is guilty of crimes against America

I loved it when a real criminal--among many---started the "lock her up!" chant.

    No, it doesn't.

You just make **** up when you don't understand the issues.

You're the one who needs civics lessons.
