My initial reaction was there was more to the story. But they dropped the city dropped the charges against her which means they didn't have a case, which means it was likely, though not definitely, a bad arrest. Frankly, even if she wasn't watching them I don't see what the problem was. What were those kids doing that most of us on this board didn't do at that age?
