Unless she has a medical diagnosis of a physiological cause for any of those symptoms, no doctor is going to view them as anything other than 'middle aged woman malais'. That list is very much in line with the constellation of depression/anxiety symptoms which are far more common in women her age, than in any other group. Thinning hair is also a feature of menopause.
