Your boy isn't going after employers hiring illegals. My proposal, made many times on this forum, in the shortest version:

"I said we should have a national ID tied to a database (like the Nexus Pass) that could be read with a cellphone. It could be used to stop employers from hiring illegals, even as day labor or domestic help. Hire an illegal? Get fined. Hire a bunch of illegals? Go to jail."​
