Explain to me how denying a pharmacist's ability to practice in accordance with his religion is an argument in favor of religious freedom. Seems like the opposite to me...

 

So do you agree she was a farce? She claimed she was pregnant to the pharmacist/pastor.. she wasn't and later filled sexual discrimination.

Simple biology, the pill doesn't prevent pregnancy, the sperm enters the egg instantly..the morning after pill is to kill it , not prevent the sperm from entering.

 

Of course I know that....it does not change my point.

 

If you offer a public service, especially one that involves the health of a citizen in the public...provide the service as you agreed to. Denying service because your God says so is not only discrimination it is evil.

The morning after pill is to PREVENT pregnancy so there was nothing to kill or murder as you claimed.

The morning after pill cannot abort anything....IF the woman was pregnant the morning after pill would do nothing


HOW would the woman know the MORNING AFTER if she was pregnant or not, she couldn't know.

The sale of pharmaceuticals is not a public service. It is a private service. You do not have a public right to obtain whatever drug you want from whatever pharmacy you want. The pharmacist on the other hand, does have the right to choose what he sells and what he does not sell. This choice is actually an important function of a pharmacist.

I asked this question before, and no one on your side has answered it. Maybe you'll take a shot at it.

How did the pharmacist harm the woman by denying her the drug? What if her neighbor had a bottle of Ella? Is her neighbor also obligated to sell her Ella?

How does that harm differ from simply living the distance she lives from the pharmacy where she actually obtained the drug?

How about if the makers of Ella stop producing the drug? Is she harmed the exact same way? Are the makers of Ella obligated to make the drug simply because the concept of the drug exists?

 

Woman A lives 30 minutes from a pharmacy. She gets a prescription, drives an hour to pick it up. Was this woman harmed?

Woman B lives 10 minutes from a pharmacy. She gets denied a prescription, orders the prescription from a pharmacy 30 minutes away and drives an hour to pick it up. Was this woman harmed?

 

If their God tells them to not put out fires they cannot be a firefighter, if it tells them they cannot give out prescriptions they cannot be a pharmacist. If God says stay away from pork they should not be a chef in a restraint that has BLTs.....get it?

 

Get it through what you call a brain...it is NOT murder in any form of reality, only in your mind.

 

This could have been easily resolved/avoided by the pharmacy choosing to not carry these pills.

 

You believe that if a firefighter doesn't fight fires on Saturday, he shouldn't be allowed to fight them Sunday through Friday?

You believe that you have the right to demand a BLT at a restraint[sic] that doesn't sell BLTs?

You have a lot of strange beliefs about things that have nothing to do with a woman who drove an hour to obtain a medication she wanted.
