False, Ella is both more effective than OTC medications and it has a larger effective date range. Up to six days in many cases vs plan b that loses effectiveness after 4 days.

Almost like her doctor may have been aware of some information that you are not privy to...

You keep calling her stupid to not be painting yourself in such a light.

Nope. The law states that a private enterprise can refuse to serve anyone, at any time, for any reason. Private property laws supersede any pertaining to commerce.

His only mistake was in telling her his reason. That was incredibly stupid.

Yes, and we also have evidence that he's not in violation of any state laws, and that he is a clergy member.

Seems like a pretty strong position.

Of course not, but they should when they take jobs where those beliefs get in the way of doing that job, as it appears to have done here.

Next up, a pharmacist who objects to giving diabetics life-saving insulin because ?.... whatever they claim...

Maybe because Jesus wasn't a diabetic??

Its a poor comparison because you are equating a legitimate medical condition with an anti-pregnancy pill.

If they hold a sincere believe that man made drugs are immoral who are you to question them?

Such a dangerous path the red hats are leading us down but many of them are either too full of hate or too dense to realize it.

You think this will stop at “your” beliefs?

It's not remotely a medical need. No one was in danger of immediate threat. She could of easily drove across the street. At my local Walmart the pharmacist used to say they were out whenever someone asked. You've got cvs Walgreens any local places rite aid and even amazon. If this were a medical need she probably wouldnt be self diagnosing herself and able to drive to cvs and have an argument with the pharmacist. Go somewhere else cvs doesnt have a monopoly in plan b.

some Republicans wish employees could discriminate based on religion, race and gender... but they can not

if a person denies a customer based on race and doesn't tell them why, it's still wrong, lying about it doesn't make it right... but it may allow them to get away with it... course luckily most bigots want everyone to know

look at the bigots marching and chanting "blood and soil, Jews will not replace us" - they don't care if anyone knows

How about the death penalty laws not being enforced because liberal governors "don't believe in capital punishment"?

Condom could have broke, IUD could have failed, she could have forgotten to take birth control pills — why is that at all relevant?

It’s always ironic when the right says it isn’t about punishing women but a comment like yours always appears.
    Perfect example, thanks.

They could always be like the Republican judge that was just voted out of office so he let numerous child rapists and murderers go free to spite the community.

They prowl around bars like an alley cat in heat.

So why didn't she plan ahead?

    The lawsuit says otherwise.
This will hit a major court and the ruling will not be what you want it to be.

She was married with 5 children.
Again, thank you for proving this is totally not about punishing a woman who dares to have sex!

I doubt it. The law of the land specifically allows for exemptions such as this Pharmacist.

Totalitarians may not be happy with that.

Currently yes, but one thing the right loves to do is push more and more absurd examples until the courts have to step in.

Perhaps SCOTUS should allow for a writ on this case.

    That should make you happy.
