The point of the post is to suggest Don can't have it one way and not the other. If he, and Trumpette's, believe Google influenced votes then it is reasonable to suggest the same for the massive social media campaign engaged in by Don's benefactor Vlad.

Just so we don't don't get completely numb to what happened......remember........Putin had his intel agencies work to meddle in our election in order to get his favorite candidate elected. That candidate was the stubby fingered clown Baby Donald Trump.

If you let him speak for himself, you'd know you are wrong. He has clearly stated his research does not prove any kind of deliberate political efforts by Google. Speaking of his research, have you actually looked into it? His methodology wasn't exactly stellar and you might want to ask yourself why he couldn't publish it under peer review. You know, if you get curious. Meanwhile, there's still no one willing to defend Trump's idiotic statement. Big surprise.

If the simple questions had any grounding in fact or evidence, they may warrant a response. As for now any notion of Google colluding with the DNC is paranoid fever dream.

Very true. The ongoing display of sniveling adulation by Trump's ass kissing minions in the Senate as they proudly say "**** the country, please screw us Donald, we've had our balls removed and just MUST have your children now", does the heart of this old Democrat soo much good. Americans may put up with several things from pols but being a total bootlicking toady is not one of them

Oh, he doesn't insult me. Just by common sense any imbecile can figure out that Trump's base is the older white male and not that this is any secret, but the older white male does not participate in social media.

The Internet, Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and the rest of the idiotic grade school girl gossip outlets will never influence the true hard working, Reagan voting for, patriotic American conservative. What does is the economy, jobs reports, inflation, interest rates, the Markets etc.

What are we taking a swing at? You asked about google and then threw in Russian collusion conspiracy theories (totally different thing)...so what are we swinging at again? I'm trying to see the point but I'm unable to find it due to it being shrouded with all that TDS

By not responding to this manipulation the DNC is essentially endorcing it and thus in collusion

Yes. A professor did some research which be says does not prove such intentional meddling and even that was done with questionable methodology that wasn't peer reviewed. Glad we cleared that up.

Here he is speaking for himself: https://amac.us/liberal-professor-warns-google-manipulating-voters-on-a-massive-scale/

When someone has bias....as he highjlights, that's a deliberate acti

I am not surprised you, and the left are attacking this well respected professor's research, now that it exposed the manipulation of big tech on the American people, and the underming of the democratic process. I'm sure it's not a fun feeling realizing you were the victim of that manipulation as well....tough pill to swallow

Who told you that? The manipulative folks at Google? I know it's tough to wake up and find out you have been the victim of a manipulative monopoly

No, bias does not always mean a deliberate act, as anyone even vaguely familiar with statistical bias knows. He's talking about statistical bias, not conscious bias. Not the same thing. And even if it were deliberate, no rational person could call it "undermining the Democratic process."

Right. Accuses ... not admits. A former software engineer turned whistleblower accuses Google of manipulating search results. That's cleared up for real now. Zach Vorhies turned over 1,000 pages of documented proof of manipulation to the DOJ's Antitrust Division last week.

A statistical bias is even more insidious, and have often been used in court to demonstrate other biases

In the Monday interview, Epstein rejected Trump's claim that Google "manipulated" votes in 2016. He said he does not have firm evidence even that Google intentionally manipulated its search algorithm or results, let alone votes themselves.
    https://www.cnn.com/2019/08/19/politics/trump-google-manipulated-votes-claim/index.html

    Therefore, Trump's tweet is a............wait for it.........lie.

    From the above link

But Trump did not describe the research correctly. And the research itself has been called into question.

Facts First: Epstein himself says Trump was wrong about his findings. Epstein did find "bias" in Google search results, but he says there is no evidence Google "manipulated" the results to favor Clinton. Also, critics of the study note that there is no definitive link between search results and voting behavior in presidential elections.

In the "research...Epstein put the same value on a Breitbart piece of nonsense as a well sourced Washington Post article.

    FAIL

Not good, since Barr is abusing his authority and refusing to send over documents which are not legelly protected by executive privilege, and Trump is threatening former staff member against testifying.

Well in my state they do, we have elections besides president and more over in presidential elections electors are required by state law to vote for the person that gains the most votes in the state
