Hurts economic growth. Depletes tax base makes those left pay more percapita. Eventually cause loss of Congreessmen and therefore reduces the votes of the EC.
I wasnt a fan, and was happy to see nelson go. he was useless. although I voted.for Nelson in the past. it's quite purple in FL right now, 1% difference, dam people keep retiring here from blue states and bring their pension checks with them, which is good financially but bad for politics. we need to spread the word about gators and mosquitoes.
All valid points. But the trade-off is increased quality of life. I guess it depends on whether money and power are more important than the environment and quality of life. Young Thunberg is just a pawn in the left vs. right game, but even the left who defend her unequivocally failed to hear her message. Kind of amusing.
You have three Floridas essentially, the conservative north, the moderate middle and the liberal southern part.
I always saw it as Tampa/Miami and the college cities vs everyone that has some sense, but fair enough
Yup to bad as Colorado is a beautiful state. My Dad moved us out of Colorado in the early 90’s to Wyoming due to the massive invasion of California liberals.
Generally if you lose your job and can't find another, or if you can't find a job locally, you must move somewhere else to get a job and have a decent life. I never moved away, but several times during blue collar layoffs I moved temporarily and lived in my camper to keep working for good pay until a callback or finding a good local job again. Unemployment is only a bare amount to get by, and that is proper because idleness should not be rewarded. Money may not be everything, but a decent paycheck is everything if you weren't born elite with silver spoon. You have to do whatever it takes to keep a decent, honest paycheck coming in. If that happens to mean moving away from Wyoming or any other state, that's what you do, temporarily or permanently.
Sucks for you. I moved Denver to make a better life for myself and my family, and it has worked out great. I sure am glad I don't let retarded political bias affect how I live my life or else I would still be in the more Conservative town I came from going nowhere.
The problem with Wyoming is that it’s in the middle of nowhere. If you like to travel outside of the US Wyoming is like the worst state to live in. No big cities, no large airports.
And why would any Leftist want to travel? That would be an outrageous hypocrisy, given climate change, so I'm sure none would want to do that.
We need a wall on our border, deport the liberals. What right thinking person would have voted for Gillum with his 15$ min. w. and 40% increase on corporate taxes? He'd have crushed our state economy.
Not very accurate. I'm in SW Fl, my county is about 70% red. It's Tampa, Miami, Orlando and likely Jacksonsville that are the most blue. So mainly the largest cities.
It isn't. He is just playing a game conservatives like to play. They imagine their perceived enemies are worse, and worse off than they really are. It used to be that in Colorado, one had to be 21 to buy alcohol other than 3.2 beer. 18 year olds could buy 3.2 beer. But in Wyoming, an 18 year old could buy anything. If one drove up from Colorado, just over the border in Wyoming, along I-25 or US 287, there would be liquor stores and fire cracker stands. They did a lot of business. Nowadays people are driving in from Wyoming, Utah, Nebraska, Kansas, and Oklahoma to get a little of that Rocky Mountain High.
I'll stick with Florida weed. We have the perfect growing season. Sativas fare better than Indica, due to bud rot from being rained on, near every day, close to harvest. Greenhouse takes care of that problem.
Wyoming has no industry. Jackson Hole is mostly just an address wealthy people use to hide their money. It is as simple as that.
