Anonymous sources, both present and former government officials, knowledgeable about these things, read these very points to me over the phone, from a journal that one of the investigators kept, that assured me of the same thing!

And yet he thought that by wearing a blue suit, and standing against blue drapes, that Trump wouldn't see the 6 foot 8 inch tall Comey, while in the room? Yet Trump spotted him!

    Whose the dummy now?

Seriously, that's your line of thought? It was a no win for Comey and the FBI (ex-FBI in this case) always get their man.

Comey pleading poverty won't help him. He's "negotiating" the terms under which he'd be willing to testify. Comey's afraid, and he should be.

Your making a case for Comeys vow of poverty. Comey has not yet agreed to testify ... last weeks lies, I'm afraid. Comey is "negotiating" with Mueller. No hearings have been agreed to. Chaffetz is going to issue subpoenas.

Comey So 'Disgusted' by Trump He Tried to Hide in White House ...
    www.newsweek.com/james-comey-hide-himself-white-house-curtains-612118
May 19, 2017 - Former FBI Director James Comey once tried to hide from President Donald Trump, ... That he would hide his 6 feet, 8 inch frame in the curtains. ...
    upload_2017-5-31_10-50-31.jpeg

Amazingly, Trump still spotted him, in fact, once Trump pointed him out, everyone turned and looked at him.

This reminds me of the leader of Germany saying: "The days are over when we can completely rely on others, for our national defense!"

Well, I guess your days of being able to completely rely on others to do simple tasks for you, are still here!

And you still haven't actually found Comey saying he was trying to hide in the drapes. It is only you poor tighty righties that confuse hearsay with the truth. But that is OK. Probably you actually believe Trump as well.

Yes I did, and I provided you the link and pull quote.

According to a New York Times report published Thursday, Comey tried to blend into the Blue Room's blue curtains during a White House visit for a ceremony honoring law enforcement officials who provided security at the inauguration.

Hover over New York Times report for the link.

Comey recounted the incident to his friend, Brookings Institution fellow Benjamin Wittes, who told the story to the Times. Comey, who is 6 feet 8 inches tall, was wearing a dark blue suit and stood near the similarly colored curtains in the back of the room, hoping that Trump would not spot him.

“He thought he had gotten through and not been noticed or singled out and that he was going to get away without an individual interaction,” Wittes told the Times.

However, Comey was spotted by the president, who called out to him

Gee hard to believe that you don't actually understand the difference between finding an actual Comey statement and finding someone that claimed Comey made such a statement.

Private Citizen Kushner was not part of any Administration in December 2016.

I shouldn't have to shout or be repetative, but it seemed necessary since you didn't understand this simple fact.

Was Pence part of Trumps Transition team? Was Kushner part of Trumps Transition team in December of 2016?

United States presidential transition is the transfer of federal executive branch power from the incumbent President of the United States to the president-elect, during the period of time between election day in November (on the first Tuesday after November 1), and inauguration day on the following January 20. At its heart, a single step—taking the presidential oath of office—accomplishes this transfer. However, a successful transition between the outgoing, or "lame duck" administration and the incoming administration begins with pre-election planning and continues through inauguration day. It involves key personnel from the outgoing and incoming presidents’ staffs, requires resources, and includes a host of activities, such as vetting candidates for positions in the new administration, helping to familiarize the incoming administration with the operations of the executive branch, and developing a comprehensive policy platform.....snip~

First you did not answer my straightforward question.
Here is another: How would Kushner's status as a private citizen be relevant?

We have been able to "decrypt Russian messages at will"? Is that true?
    How do you know?

Part of my father's job in Tripoli was to intercept communications traffic .. We lived across the street from the US embassy and down the Street from the Russian embassy. The oil company wasn't spying on the Russians or the US. they wanted to know what was up with that screwball Gadaffi. I remember lots of discussions.. about the Russians and the Israelis.. The Israelis were bouncing communications out of Libya as if they were being generated by the Gadaffi government... and it seemed at the time that the best intelligence on Libya was coming from the French. If they could do that 50 years ago, imagine what they are capable of doing now?
