3) NYC is turning it to quite the hell hole...their leadership was very unprepared, and their citizens are not following the President's guidelines. Foreigners should be leaving the US and going home. That's a good thing. Being uninsured doesn't prevent you from getting treatment in the United States.

Additionally, according to your link, on Dec 25 there was strong evidence of person to person transmission, yet even in late January the WHO was reporting the Chinese were saying there was not evidence of it.
