The Socialist govt of Venezuela allowed a few tiny 'opposition' parties to contest recent elections. Maduro called these the 'mosquito parties' and their role was to demonstrate Venezuela is a mult-party nation. This is a leaf out of Putin's faux democracy. The only trouble is Russian minority parties can get big very quickly.

Seems the strategy is to poison opposition leaders while they are flying. I suppose the idea is they can't get to a hospital in a hurry when they are 30,000 feet in the air.
But for the second time this didn't work.

A Russian opposition activist who recently ran as an anti-Kremlin candidate in elections has said that his wife suffered a suspected poisoning in what he believes was an attack intended for him. Alexei Tupitsin and his wife Vera Kuzakova were flying home to Siberia from a human rights conference in Poland when her body became covered with blistering red sores as if she had suffered burns. They had made a stopover at Sheremetyevo airport, Moscow, before beginning the second leg of the journey to the city of Irkutsk. Mr Tupitsin, 52, said the couple had not eaten but drank some tea at the airport and his wife fell ill within an hour, “with some painful sensations, like burning” on different parts of her body. He bought some antihistamine, which his wife took, and they decided to fly on. During the flight “it became worse and worse”, he told the independent TV station Dozhd. “We cut away her stockings and there were huge patches.” The aircraft crew offered to make an emergency landing in Omsk but Mr Tupitsin declined “because of its reputation”. Omsk is the city where doctors denied that opposition leader Alexei Navalny had been poisoned after he was taken seriously ill during a flight to Moscow last year. German doctors found he had been attacked with a novichok nerve agent.

And how much of a following did this anti Kremlin candidate have that imposed such a threat on Maduro, 1%?

I am sure, no connection between Tupitsin and Maduro.
There would be a connection between Putin and Maduro.
Putin and Xi would be surprised, if not delighted there's a
new Cuba right there in South America - at a time when
the real Cuba is getting shaky.

Sorry I wrote Maduro by mistake. So this latest threat to Putin was flying back from Poland and decided not to stop at Omsk since the doctors there saved Navalny's life by 'misdiagnosing' it as an overdose of a diabetes drug - when everyone in Berlin knew it had to be Novichek. Seems Tupitsin doesn't care much for his wife.

I can't understand something. Why is it always the Russian opposition on foreign payrolls - such as Nemtsov, Navalny and now Tupitsin - and who are costing their handlers a ton of money - yet are failing in their mission to muster a following that Putin wants to kill? Maybe he wants to save their handlers money by eliminating them since they're not getting anywhere. He is frugal and kind hearted that way.

Anyway, it reminds me of Assad, and how he always used chemical weapons when he was winning a battle, that way the Americans could come and bomb the hell out of his troops and keep the war going on. I guess he had investments in the Syrian arms industry?

    Those voices, those voices
    they keep telling me:
    "Fear Putin they say
    for what you can't see".

    Is that him up there!
    Oh no he's down here.
My God I think he's everywhere.
    Help!

What evidence do you have that Navalny was on a foreign payroll?
This charge wasn't brought up by Russian intelligence.
It seems ANYONE who protests in Russia is a foreign agent - we
need to ask how own govts how many billions we are spending on
the millions of 'foreign agents' in Russia.
A 'successful opponent' to Putin in Russia is an oxymoron.

Well someone was supporting Navalny. He did attend seminars here, and there were quite a few foreign agents with him in Berlin.

    Just say there's no evidence.
Better still, don't be a mouthpiece for Putin.

Everything is not a simple as you see it. There's a larger agenda at stake.

First of all, I have found none of the accusations against Vladimir Putin to be true, but merely a reflection of our own actions. Vladimir Putin is demonized simply because he's a hindrance towards the liberal One World Government espoused by Soros and the ideologue power brokers in Washington. Today it's called the Great Reset, but it's the same thing and it can't come about without the natural resources of the Russian Federation.

Every move Washington makes is to break up the Federation - not because Putin is a threat to our sovereignty, but quite the opposite. He is a threat to the one world government and globalist economy because he wants to maintain Russia's heritage and faith, and refuses to bow to the West's liberal idiocies.

As the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin has a responsibility towards his peoples spiritual welfare as well as their welfare, and for this reason he will never bow to the inane liberal pressure which is part of the West today - and for that reason they hate him.

How many did Clinton murder? Hadn't heard of any major Republican figures
    having been assassinated.

1 - Do the Chinese (nearly five times more populous than USA) know about this Soros plan?
2 - How does the Muslim world fit into this Soros plan?
3 - How is it that USA has less influence in the world than they had after WW2 ?
