for one PP are not a racist organization.

Except they do not deal solely in reproduction.

Yep we can as placing an undue burden on access to contraception and abortion would violate Supreme Court decisions.

It gets Federal funding as it provides a social requirement to improve peoples lives ie screenings and contraception for those who cannot afford it, just as many other organizations get federal funding to help with their social programs including the church, if you are suggesting that states should be able to enforce restrictions based on the fact that they receive federal funding then you MUST also agree that states can place restrictions on churches, or any other organization, for exactly the same reason, question is do you?

and if she has broken the law she will be arrested, investigated and prosecuted, what you are suggesting is that based on the actions of a single person, or even a group of people, that a whole organizations should be fed to the wolves.

Pure rubbish, less than 1 in 10 clinics are found in predominately black communities.

Abortion clinics in 2008 (the latest year data is available)

63% were located in neighborhoods where one-half or more of the residents were
non-Hispanic white;

12% were located in neighborhoods where one-half or more of the residents were
Hispanic;

9% were located in neighborhoods where one-half or more of the residents were
black;

1% were located in neighborhoods where one-half or more of the residents were
“non-Hispanic other”; and

15% were located in neighborhoods where no single racial or ethnic group accounted
for one-half or more of residents.

PP places clinics in the areas where they are most needed, usually in the poorest areas where people cannot afford the 97% of other services they offer, abortion accounts for just 3% of what PP provide.

Look to the reasons why abortions among African-American women are high and you will find one of those reasons is that African-Americans are the poorest people in the USA.

The poverty rate for all African Americans in 2012 in all areas is far higher than for white people.

Among married couple families.

5.4% of all white persons (which includes white Hispanics)
9.7% of all black persons (which includes black Hispanics)

Among single parent (male or female) families

22.5% of all white persons (which includes white Hispanics)
44.0% of all black persons (which includes black Hispanics)

Among individuals living alone

18% of white persons (which includes white Hispanics)
28.9% of black persons (which includes black Hispanics)

Yet again false, 55% of women aborting are white women, 37% are black, 8% are other. - http://kff.org/womens-health-policy/state-indicator/abortions-by-race/

There is no evidence to even suggest Sanger was racist, your attempt at a guilt by association fallacy is noted.

I see that all three of the abortion obsessed posters are willfully forgetting the thrashing they got last year so I dug up my old links.........just to embarass you all over again.

You don't get to have a nationally renowned eugenicist and racist serving as a director on your own board and claim that you are not racist.

Could you be one of the "Anti-PP/Anti-affordable,accessible healthcare for women" people who actually give proof that black women were FORCED to have abortions?
No, I didn't think so, none have.

Right on both counts and that's why I think it's a good thing for research. The abortion is happening anyway and if that material, body parts, human remains, whatever you want to call it, is going to help medical research that keeps living people living, go for it. Scientists don't want this stuff because they're sadistic or because they're liberals, they want it because it could potentially be used to further medicine that can be used to save lives.

I would prefer if this was a voluntary thing though. I don't like the subterfuge and I think each woman should be allowed to decide if her material, human remains, whatever you want to call it, are going to be given over for that type of thing. Let them choose.

Oh and look, more Margaret Sanger. The woman has been dead since 1966, before Roe was even legalized, yet she's constantly brought out as some kind of skeleton in the closet of pro-choicers.

I think most pro-choicers couldn't care less about her and are bewildered when anti-abortion folks bring her up as some kind of "gotcha" point.

I believe the women are asked if they'd like to donate the tissue.

Oh, I know but the anti choicers are claiming they are selling the body parts, so I was just asking why they aren't outraged about the other situations.

I think it is a good thing to remind the bewildered why PP was founded in the first place...To limit the black population. That was Ms. Sanger's aim and is still in practice today.

Why don't you just admit the truth. You don't mind libeling PP because it helps all women control their fertility, and you hate that.

Guilt by association is a fallacy and a failure - http://www.logicallyfallacious.com/index.php/logical-fallacies/12-ad-hominem-guilt-by-association so the only embarrassment here is on your own head.
