I think his COVID-19 response has been quite good, but that just puts me in the ~40% of Americans that think that. The results of Operation Warp Speed are rather fantastic news, even if you've bought into the rest of the media slander about his handling of coronavirus.

 

I can't imagine why you or anyone else would think highly of his performance. His Operation Warp Speed was an obvious solution that was proposed by others.

Then you are not looking at this rationally. We have a quarter million dead - the worst in the world many times over [less a few third-world nations] - and expect to double that because and only because trump has lied and lied and lied. And he admitted it on tape.

Curious, if we were to grade governors for how they handled the pandemic, how would you rate Cuomo? If we're scoring them by how many of their citizens die, as you seem to want to with the president, he's got to be right near the top of the list of worst governors in America, right? Do you think that's only because he lied? Or are there other factors at play here?

 

I can't help you with that deficiency. A failure of imagination, I guess, and we'll leave it at that. If you can't even conceive why 4/10 Americans think something, you're probably not very good at understanding others' positions in general.

And yet, the Trump administration's efforts produced the vaccine. Other governments have not. Kudos to the President for that. He deserves our gratitude.

They did a hell of a lot more than "coining a term". For example:

Back in April, Moderna was awarded $483 million from President Trump's administration "to accelerate development of the Company’s mRNA vaccine candidate (mRNA-1273) against the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2)." And then in July, President Trump's administration awarded Moderna another $472 million "to support late stage clinical development including the expanded Phase 3 study of the Company’s mRNA vaccine candidate (mRNA-1273) against COVID-19." In that same July press release, Moderna announced "Moderna is working closely with Operation Warp Speed and the NIH, including NIAID’s COVID-19 Prevention Trials Network (CoVPN), to conduct the Phase 3 COVE study."

You're simply lying when you try to ignore the significant contributions by the Trump Administration in the development of this vaccine.

Technically, you're right that there isn't a winner until the electoral college votes. But you're technically wrong that it's being litigated because of Democratic fraud. It is being litigated because of allegations of fraud. The Trump team has the legal burden to prove it. They haven't done it yet - we've just had assertions that there's proof. You're placing a lot of faith into those assertions. Do you really want to go with that?

 

There is Democrat fraud. It will be presented to the courts. Fraudulent ballots will be thrown out and Trump will win.

 

How do you know that? Clairvoyant?

Mass targeted voter fraud is currently lacking actual evidence. You guys are still going to be whining about manufactured voter "fraud" regardless of the results in the courts.

Ignoring hundreds upon hundreds upon hundreds upon hundreds of sworn affidavits does not make that EVIDENCE go away... Ignoring the irregularities and impossibilities within the voting results data does not make that EVIDENCE go away...

This EVIDENCE is currently being presented to courts and legislatures...

 

Most of those affidavits that I've seen don't actually allege any witnessing of voter fraud specifically, and/or otherwise can't be substantiated. And even Trump's own legal team admits that their method of garnering affidavits resulted in lies and spam. It isn't a matter of EVIDENCE "going away." There's nothing there to "go away" at this point.

 

So.. you're taking me up on my bet, or are you not confident enough to do that?
