Talks in my country are looming about re voting on EU membership. They're not joking, but, they're just talking about it. I'd say it's just talk, but then, what if Brexit is 'just talk'? The EU Vs. Democracy... It might never happen. Divorcing something seems hard when it wants to rule you afterwards.
