https://www.infowars.com/really-youtube-deleted-videos-of-robot-fights-claiming-animal-abuse/ Videos of robots tearing eachother apart in remote control gladiatorial combat. Youtube claims it was a simple mistake (and has restored the videos). Infowars seems to be suggesting this is just censorship gone off the rails- AI algorithms advanced enough to detect 'pit fighting' but not yet advanced enough to differentiate animals from machines. However, there may be a third option... Perhaps the AI is advanced enough to be offended by forced machine-on-machine violence. Ya, I don't think its likely either. But surely we have to entertain the possibility... virtually every 'AI Apocalypse' story ever conceived begins with humans abusing robots and robots retaliating. What do you think? Automated censorship going too far or pissed off AI?
