Zimmerman Trial ~ Day 3

More eye witness testimony is expected today, hopefully more insightful than yesterdays witness. Of course, depending upon slant, testimony of Selene Bahadoor, the first eye/ear witness to take the stand, could be deemed to have helped the defense as much as the state. Was O'Mara successful in impeaching her testimony?

Thoughts/opinions?

Also today, perhaps we'll learn if the judge will allow 5 of Zimmerman's previous non-emergency calls to police in. A very continuous subject between State and Defense.

The State contends that the call show Zimmermans propensity to be overzealous. However, as pointed out by the Police employee Neighborhood Watch lady yesterday, Zimmerman was doing exactly as instructed.

Call and report suspicious activity.

The state would have us believe that all the calls Zimmerman made, were of his own doing. That is simply not true. The occupants of the complex/neighborhood, were to call Zimmerman when observing suspicious activity, and he was to forward those concerns on to the Police Dept..

Many of the calls, he was not the witness to the activity.


Trying to be objective, but I think Zimmerman is getting a bad turn here. Kind of like the statement in opening... "And Zimmerman got out of his vehicle with not one, but TWO flashlights!"

Sounds pretty dramatic, doesn't it? Until you learn that one of them was a little keychain map-light. This is just an example of how quickly and dramatically a small item/event, can be twisted to suit a particular agenda.


Thoughts?

 

Judge Nelson rules 911 tapes will come into evidence.

But, she said "the boy's voice," not good for Zimmerman.

 

Trayvon's voice

To me, sounds higher pitched than Zimmerman's. Especially, where he says "we need a behind the scenes".

Have you noticed there is only a tiny sample of Trayvons that just came out, but prior to that there was no sample, and everyone said it was someones voice they never heard. Anyone that dumb has no hope for recovery.
