Yeah, and they are instructed to couple common sense with the EVIDENCE and witness testimony. Not ignore everything and make something up that THEY believe is common sense.

Where is the record of this?

Zimmerman beat his ex-girlfriend and resisted a police officer. Hardly the clean record that Trayvon Martin had.

Who wouldn't call him that? He was stalking him in a car for at least 4 minutes by then. All laws say you should be able to defend yourself right here.

The 'witness' didn't see who started the conflict. So if I drag you out of your car and beat you up, and I shoot you because you start winning the fight, should I go to jail? Yes.

All in self defense. But he's not here to tell his side of the story, otherwise Zimmerman would already be in jail.

They didn't need a witness to say he couldn't fight, because the evidence said he could inspite of having folks he was paying to say otherwise. If I am a pusscator I am not going to pick a fight with an off-duty cop. As soon as, the guy would have said I am a cop a wimp would have backed down, not tell the guy, "I don't give a damn who you are" and go at him. A wimp wouldn't be taking fighting classes for over a year. This is where "common sense" comes in. Hell the dude even had the cop at his girlfriend's apartment for domestic violence. Yea that sounds like someone soft as a loaf of bread.

You know why, because it was all bull(*)(*)(*)(*). Please post where Trayvon was paying someone to teach him to be a fighter or was taking fight training classes to hone his skillz.
