    Absolutely. We've discussed this at great lenght and the GZ haters simply don't have a good answer. That's why the state never brought it up.

    TM either laid in wait and listened to GZ's phone call to the police or he returned to attack him.

    1. Martin is dead.
    2. Zimmy got out of the car, followed the deceased and got into a fight he could not win without using a gun.

    That is manslaughter. He did all those things by his own free will.

    My apology ... I thought when O'Mara stated he was going to prove the factual innocence of his client he was about to prove self-defense ... not to be though as he wants to talk about something else now.

    If you are going to tell people they are wrong because of the jury instructions then logic would tell you when a poster posts the instructions and the relevant part you would drop the issue. Yes that is a run on sentence and i dont give a (*)(*)(*)(*).
