I thought Martins father said it wasnt Martin and they change to it was?

 

yes, he did. also sybrina said what happened was an accident and then changed it after she talked with crump. $$$$$$

He did initially say that. But later changed his statement.

I don't think the State will call him. But if they do, Certainly O'Mara/West will hammer that fact.

I like how they printed the picture of Martin when he was 12 or whatever, and captioned it with "Updated Photo".

Disgusting/disingenuous rags like this should be ran out of business.

My impression of Nelson is that she is a political hack, forwarding a charade trial. Reading the article, by the left-wing rag USA Today, all I saw was a propaganda piece to make it appear that she is tough but fair. The very last two sentences of the piece were the only ones that started to get to the truth:

 

I'm sure tempted to ask the Trayvon supporters just what witness is going to reveal all the bombshells they believe are in Zimmermans cell phone calls.

It's certainly not going to be Sybrina, and the State appears to be almost done.

Do i hear the sound of a dying fuse going out well before it reaches the bomb?

wonder if bernie is trying to persuade the judge not to allow the defense to open the door to why marty was at dad's opening the door to maties past behaviour. Other question is why did bernie seat the witness then immediately call for a sidebar

 

I think he's reminding Nelson that she is not supposed to allow O'Mara to ask about the locating/coaching of Witness #8.

What is sad, is that Tracy Martin early on said that was not the voice of his son. That is George Zimmerman's voice.

I remain amazed that the prosecution claims the guy grounding and pounding Crazy Ass Cracker, was screaming for help as he unloaded his fists and demolished a nose.
