That did nothing to clear away any reasonable doubt, in fact the prosecution seemed to add more reasonable doubt with that lackluster performance...

 

Now O'Mara has all night to go over Bernie's nonsense and construct a real closing argument.

 

Another day of what ifs .. he even had a slide titled What if lol ... shoulda woulda coulda and other speculative crap. The prosecution never once put together their version of events in this case.

 

Zimmy said Martin had him straddled up to his armpits ... how did Zimmy reach for his gun, unholster it and pop a cap into Martins' heart ?

 

I expect O'Mara's closing to be more polished.

 

Closing arguments are not considered evidence. The jurors are told this. Guess no one told some on this thread.

Neither Zimmerman or Martin has elbows or shoulders, to hear Bernice tell it,and once two people fighting are in a position, they CANNOT MOVE, but MUST STAY LOCKED IN THAT POSITION, according to the ASNINE STUPIDITY of "BERNIE-ISM".

Bernie simply showed the jury Zimmies at least 3 different accounts of how Zimmy was able to get to his gun ... this was merely for the jury to use common sense.

I sincerely believe that many people think fights happen like on television and movies, all choreographed and planned out...

 

Nobody knows how Zimmy got to his gun except Zimmy .. who by my count ... gave 3 different versions.

This is what is wrong with the race card. Liberals use it so much, they don't even recognize actual racism when they see it anymore.

So liberals, let me spell it out for you: when someone refers to a person as a "creepy ass cracker", that is clearly racist- far more racist than any of the boring drivel you liberals have tried to dredge up against George Zimmerman.

 

Why do you assume he lied? If you were asked to recount an action can you say with certainty that each telling would be identical? That's a harsh standard to put on anyone...

Very well-said. It appears the prosecution's entire case is built on what if, woulda, shoulda and coulda. They are pretty short on facts. But hey, no worries, tomorrow we'll have less speculation and more facts.

This reminds me of Obama voters. Much of their faith in their Fuhrer is based on speculation. Obama saved us from a depression! Obama saved the auto industry!

 

The State's closing arguments do the math: Nothing into nothing, carry the nothing = nothing.

 

I think Bernie nailed it when he pointed out that Z had a chance to ask Martin what he was up to when he "circled the car" but just rolled his windows up, then again when he met Martin on the dog walk.

That the little moron claimed not to know the name of one of the three streets had had patrolled for four years is probably going to make a big difference in what sort of sense the jury can make of Z's actions.

I think he made a pretty good case for Z's depraved state of mind.

The owies on the top of his head was a pretty good point, too.

 

Actually many times if they are identical, they are lying.
