    He said he's lost weight, exercises more and has less stress. Those 3 things lead to a longer life span.

    I have another suggestion:


    The Magic Pill... documentary on Netflix... I highly recommend it.





    By the first of April 2019 I was ready to go all out to drastically reduce my intake of sugar and I would say that I am down by about eighty percent. It is not as difficult to do as I had assumed it would be and the most important side effect that I already notice is far less brain fog than I usually have to contend with.

    The way that I am going..... I should be able to be a fairly effective volunteer for various organizations for at least another decade or so.... (I just turned sixty)!

    Which is one of the logical justifications for a plan somewhat along the line of what has been proposed by Mark Zuckerberg...... and myself:

    Five hundred dollars per Canadian per month, can this work?

    What is it when our president and his tariffs cause a major economic problem for our farmers and he turns around and gives them $28 Billion in tax payer funding????Or when Wisconsin voters are conned by their now ex governor and our president to give huge tax subsidies to a Taiwanese company that now iis not living up to it's promises????Tax welfare for Business!!!

    Wasn't it Zuckerberg who said HIMSELF, that he should not be the one having to make those decisions. He himself actually called for regulation. You people are unbelievable.

    I really like Andrew Yang, but I think he might need to lower that number a bit. $1000/month seems like too much. He is a pragmatist and problem solver, exactly what the country needs. I think he has like 150 ideas listed out on his site to fix the root causes of major problems.

    No, Zuckerberg doesn't want to make those calls himself. He wants the government to censor people, but censor them according to what he believes is appropriate.

    How I’d love to have the transcript of the long conversation that Zukerberg had with Pete Buttigieg. Neither is being very forthcoming about what transpired.

    We should learn from what was done back then.....
    and do something different!

    This is probably going to lead to some unusual partnerships that would not have been expected even five years ago.
