    I think JFK had bigger issues involving his foreign policy.

    I honestly don't care what a president or candidate does in his/her personal sex life, as long as it isn't illegal and as long as he/she doesn't run on a campaign that contradicts this behavior.

    The difference is, of course, that Mimi is saying that it definitely WAS consensual in her case. Can't say the same for Cain's targets. Not that JFK didn't have the morals of an alley cat.

    I didn't care much for Cain, but the sex scandals really were a hit job. One of his primary accusers really did seem in it for the money/publicity.

    There was a guy at the Haninty forums that used to say the most outrageous crap. I always thought maybe it had to do with a lack of companionship. Then he admitted one day that he hadn't been laid in over 20 years and couldn't find a woman that wanted to stick around for longer than a week.
    I felt kinda bad for him, but hey it was his personality that put him in that spot. Now obviously most Conservatives are not like that, but it makes you wonder about some of the more extreme posters on boards like this.

    Rich, powerful, men of every political persuasion get laid? Whoda thunk it? Who do they think they are? NBA stars? Movie stars? Singers? Horny Toads?

    The only people against the rich and/or famous getting laid, are those who aren't.

    I didn't pay much attention to Cain so I don't know. I looked at Cain simply as a Republican short-term attempt to show how "inclusive" they were.

    My problem with it is of course hypocrisy if htey start preaching to me about "family values." Obviously I don't like the forced stuff or the violation of marriage vows. But one thing that no one really gives much attention to is the desperation aspect. Between Cain getting shot down all over the world and then his alleged assault of a women, Clinton's alleged forced kiss and grab, and Spitzer's incredible over paying for [censored] you have to wonder. If you are that wealthy and powerful you really can't pull decent ass without paying big $$$ or attacking women?

    Wrong, the Kennedy tax cuts were a practice of Keynesian economics to push up Aggregate Demand via personal consumption and private investment. The idea was to stimulate the economy from the bottom up rather than top down.

    If cutting taxes is all it takes to make one a conservative supply-side economist, then Bill Clinton and Barack Obama are supply-siders.

    That's true to a degree I suppose. I understand Clinton and Spitzer... maybe. They were famous and pretty recognizable. It was probably tough to sneak out for a hot piece of T&A. But Caine? He could go on a "business trip" to the Nevada and pop out to the Bunny Ranch and no one would recognize him.

    That said, um, when was the last time you had an eye exam?

    Nancy Pelosi is anything but hot, no matter what decade it is. But then again, I do prefer a woman with two functioning brain cells to rub together, which Pelosi clearly lacks so each to their own I guess...:rolleyes:

    It is the 'big head' that decides to go to a Nevada Ranch. And they are great fun. But it is the little head that takes over without warning that causes problems.
