He thinks we live in a free society despite having legislation like the NDAA and Patriot Act on the books, hellish debt, terrible foreign policy that has us in multiple wars, with a war with Iran likely on the horizion, authoritarian war on drugs, TSA doing invasive searches, etc.

No need to even concern yourself with him. Disagreeing is fine, but he has nothing of substance to offer. Don't even waste your time.
