    Is that the solution on criminality? Abandon the area to the perpetrator?
    Where does it stop?

    The question should be 'Why does it happen'? and when the answer is apparent, put a stop to it.

    I know why it happens. It's just not a politically correct answer, so it gets ignored. As long as that remains the case, moving away is the best solution.
