That' not his Honda Element.. but it does show why Trayvn would have to walk towards GZ truck and past it to go home.

Its also impossible for GZ to leave his truck after watching Trayvon at the clubhouse.. Do you see?

 

I don't understand about not being able to leave his truck after watching T at the clubhouse.

The clubhouse video probably helps and I'm guessing the camera is pointed to the road/sidewalk to monitor people entering.

 

GZ was leaving the complex ... I am curious if he was actually driving when he made his 911 call or if he was parked. If he was parked closer to the north cut thru how could he see the clubhouse and mail station?

To me the logistics are all wrong.

Well either Z backed down the street or made a U turn.. but it doesn't sound like he's doing that in the 911 call.

And here's bit... The"gated" community is wide open.. The gates aren't used until 7 PM.

 

In his call he said the closest address was 111 retreat view circle and that is the road he would have used to leave instead of twin trees lane. He wouldn't have had to do a u turn but only turn right onto twin trees lane instead of left heading out through the main gate.

That clubhouse is so close to the road I think Z was following him before he entered the complex because T knew someone was following him when he was at the clubhouse. Z called dispatch at 7:11 pm but when Dee called him at 7:12 he already knew Z was tailing him. No way he would have suspected someone following him in under 60 seconds. It would have taken less than 30 seconds to walk from the main gate to the clubhouse.

Z said he was going to Target and his route would have had him exiting through the main gate an turning left onto Oregon Ave, which is the same direction of the 7/11. I wonder if any 7/11 videos show Z's truck there? Probably not, but possible. Without knowing T's walking route on a definitive basis it is speculation. There just isn't enough time for T noticing someone following him if Z only started to do it when T was inside the gates. It is also possible that when Z turned left out of the front gate he saw T walking and turned around to see where T would go.

 

I've never seen anything in the police reports showing where Z was parked and his stated location was closest to the clubhouse. Based on his call, you never hear him driving which suggests he stopped driving when he made the call and gave the 111 rvc address. This would put his truck at the big cut through between the clubhouse and next building on twin trees lane. Parked in any other spot, an address would have been available.

 

OK I can see that.. Even if GZ can't decide whether he was going to buy groceries or going to Target.

The gates close at 7 so Trayvon may have taken the shortcut thru the woods where ther is no fence.

 

Z was looking at the mailboxes closest to the clubhouse while on the phone with dispatch after he got out of the truck, walked for 30 seconds then stopped. While we can't know for sure where he was when his call ended we do know it must have been at a location where the mailboxes were visible. He was giving horrible directions on the phone and was looking for a landmark to help out and the mailboxes was it.

 

I was looking at that too but it doesn't explain how T knew Z was following him by 7:12 when Z called dispatch at 7:11. Z had to have been behind T for at least 2 minutes but how? It couldn't have been when Z was on retreat view circle because that would make him perpendicular to Z instead of behind him. The only way I can see T noticing he was being watched by 7:12 is if Z was following before T entered the complex.

 

Easy, T doubled back during that long 2 minutes between the time he lost Z and was "by his house" and the time they met again.

They're absolutely convinced that George Zimmerman shot Trayvon in cold blood - as the law says: "With Malice Aforethought".

So I don't agree that GZ followed him before he entered the complex... and I am not sure that Trayvon came in thru the main gate.

I think Trayvon took the unfenced short cut thru the woods.. Its a shorter route to the 7-11.

 

T knew someone was following him when Dee called at 7:12 pm. We also know he was at the clubhouse at that time per Z's stated location. The distance between the corner cut through to the complex and the clubhouse is not very far at all. Look at the short road distance between that curve and the intersection with twin trees lane. It would have taken T less than a minute to walk to the clubhouse from that curve and I don't think 1 minute is long enough to notice someone following you.

 

Smoked what? You mean cigarettes? Did he have any cigarettes on him, does the autopsy report indicate he was a cigarette smoker? A football player, smoking?

How do you arrive at a "probably" determination?

Who cares, we know Martin walked around the truck for over 42 seconds as described. Doesn't sound very frightened to me.

That you "don't know" is your problem, the transcript of the 911 call shows he walked around and stared at and acting menacingly towards Zimmerman for over 42 seconds.

 

Do you have any evidence to refute the 911 transcript? Or just inane questions?

Prove he did, your pure conjecture is evidence of NOTHING.

You keep harping the evidence that has been released. Have YOU read it ALL. Have you read the newsletters and emails at the bottom. It is ABUNDANTLY clear there was a crime problem in the neighborhood and the police were requesting that residents report any suspicious activity or persons and had upped their patrolling of the area because of it. That included a break in at the clubhouse where Z first observed M hanging out.

It is perfectly reasonable and perfectly rational and he would have been shirking his duty as the NW captain to NOT report Martin as a suspicious person in the neighborhood.
