I know that the person who gave testimony that she was on the phone with TM when GZ was following him, was backed up by the phone records.. which are pretty indisputable.

I know that Crump's witness hasn't been arrested for trying to deceive the court..

any story you want to conjure up about TM's girlfriends are nothing but make-believe compared to the fact that GZ lied about a passport he got 2 weeks after he killed TM.. the fact that he knew it was wrong to have this passport, not that he'd innocently lost it as some have tried to say, because he and his wife spoke in 'code' about it.. If there wasn't anything to hide, why speak in 'code'? the facts are also that he lied about his bank account..after transferring the money around and spending it..

you can gloss over every single piece of that.. but those facts remain.. GZ has been caught in a conspiracy to deceive and lying..TM hasn't. Crump hasn't.Dee-Dee hasn't...if it's justice you want, you can't just ignore numerous lies in a case that is based on the validity of someone's word..

but if your goal is to just insult a dead black kid and his family... then you're doing a fine fine job..

 

Crump, the ambulance chaser, made up a sob story for the media since he went to the media first with it. Yes, Crump lied about a couple of things, or if you want, embellished for the press. Daisha broke the law by not reporting a crime to the police. In fact, Crump never allowed her to go to the police but did allow her to give a statement to the Feds and to the Prosecution.

Yes, her phone call timing corresponds with the record of timeline of the events, but how much of her testimony is coached by Crump? How much is she not saying? How about the missing 2 minutes in her story between the time she said T was by his house to the time she heard the conversation between T and Z?

Z will have a chance to explain what happened during the next Bail hearing. You don't know if he knew or not so to claim you do is just more conjecture.

 

Not my credibility that will put zimmerman in prison. It's his and yours.

T runs, it only takes 30 seconds to be "by his house", two minutes later they meet. Daisha said the same in her testimony to the prosecution. T wasn't going to run anymore because he was by his house and "a couple of minutes later" said Z was following him again. The time line corresponds to that nicely which I have posted before.

 

Apparently Zimmerman applied for a second passport some two weeks after he killed Martin.

People generally apply for a passport when making plans to travel outside the US.

He then lied to the court, under oath, about having the second passport as well as about his financial situation.

Why did he apply for a second passport? Why did he "forget" to tell the court about it when asked? How is it that someone who claims "indigent" status "forgets" to tell the court about $200k in available money?

I guess he can say he "forgot" but I I think the judge will not look kindly on a defendant who may "forget" to come to court for trial.

And when they get to trial this bit of "forgetfulness" will be admissible.

She knew when he ran and so do the police since it is on the police call. That is in the time line. They met about 2 1/2 minutes after T started running.

So that leaves time for the fight 1 minute

So that's two minutes left for Trayovn from the mail boxes to the alley.

 

The judge didn't buy that argument but ordered Zimmerman back because of the money. The prosecution claims they talked in "code", which is subjective. That will have to be explained during the next bail hearing.

If you want to talk about lying, how about the prosecution's affidavit that leaves out the information they had about Zimmerman's injuries at the scene, which they had the police photo of his swollen and bloodied nose?
