This is why I was glad Z was given bail because I didn't want them to have any BS to hide behind but even after Z has been proven to be a liar, many are still saying crap like there is no evidence.

Someone who knows says that the passport thing is nothing. It amounts to losing your drivers licence, applying for and getting another and then finding your old one.

The judge accepted the passport explanation Z gave it to Omara and that Omara didn't turn it in to the court in a timely fashion.

I'm not sure what you think there is on the money issue, but there is no doubt Z's wife committed perjury. There is no doubt he knew what was in the account before the hearing because he and his wife are on a recorded call talking about it. There is no doubt they had access because in one call she was in the bank handling the money while on the phone with Z.

Mmm... no. You are wrong. I've lost a passport before and subsequently found it after getting a new one. Here's the difference I didn't hand over a passport that was about to expire when asked to turn over my travel documents and then keep the brand new passport... ya' know... jus' in case. Behavior like that says one thing... crook.

 

Oh I didn't know that. The thing though is is there proof he really did give it to Omara BEFORE the bail hearing? If he did then that's all he can really do. That's not his fault.

At the bail hearing Omara only turned in one passport, the old one. At some point afterwards, Z supposedly gave Omara the new one but Omara didn't get it to the court for some reason. Then again, Omara claimed he didn't know anything about money until five days after the bail hearing but he is in court when the prosecution asks Z's wife how much was in the account.

You would think that might have been a tiny clue.

Yet again, more non relevent evidence to charge someone with murder. The Martin Supporters are scratching at every last scrap of evidence as if it is a bombshell when in reality, its as relevent as what my haircut was on the day 911 occurred.

Sweetheart I have some bad news. Zimmerman was charged with murder a long time ago. We are just discussing whether he's going to me in the can for at least a year due to the lies he told AFTER his arrest.
