They made a national political celebrity out of him.

Between the Walker recall attempt and the voters in San Jose and San Diego overwhelming voting to start cutting the benefits of unionized public employees, I believe we are seeing the beginning of a shift in how the public perceives the public unions. I think the days of the public employee leeches being able to retire in their early 50s with ludicrously rich guaranteed benefit pension plans etc. may be coming to an end. I think the people have had enough. The fact is that the amount of wealth the average person possesses now was estimated to be down 40%. Yet the parasites at the labor unions continue to demand ever increasing benefits. People have finally had enough of the idea that we are somehow obligated to keep giving an ever increasing portion of what we have to these losers. California is a good example of labor unions running the show. The state has tens of billions of dollars of unfunded pension liabilities, but keeps threatening to cut education and public safety if it is not allowed to raise taxes. It is as though the idea of addressing the real problem is simply not something that will even be discussed. If the people of California vote down the proposed tax increases later this year, I think it will be another huge blow for the leftists that might very well trigger people in other states to say enough is enough. If the most liberal state in the union decides that things have gone too far, then the leftists are in trouble.

Scott Walker a crook? LMFAO! The reason why libs don't like Walker is because he exposed all the union crooks by getting them to pay for some of their elitist benefits they got from the taxpayers of America. You should be praising Walker for his outing those union crooks.

The unions were and are and have never been an economic problem ... the attack on unions came after the Bush Great Depression where states collapsed along with everybody else except the 1% ....

The Bush economic collapse provided an opportunity to further a Rove permanent Republican Party Agenda ... by attacking unions as a farce when it's really to deplete the funding for Democrats especially Obama ...

So who do you think you're fooling ?

LOL...who's trying to fool who. You really need to read up. States all over the country are going broke paying for public union pensions & benefits & GMAC and Chrysler went belly up because of private sector unions. And don't overlook the European countries who are emploding.
But, as far as defeating public sector unions as a means of defunding democrats..(*)(*)(*)(*) straight. It's time to end that money laundering scheme because it's funded by tax payer dollars.

Didn't Soros tell you that the top 1% have been the hardest hit by this downturn? No? Well trolleta, the top earners have lost a higher percentage of the earning and their wealth than the lower levels have. I sure you think it is funny that the people who used to pay for your services have stopped calling you but a lot of the lower level earners are suffering because the rich have dropped their car service, their cleaning services, their pool girls - mine was two naked girls that really did a great job- people are dropping their bikini car washing services, I know one guy who is having his underwear washed twice before he give them to Goodwill. That is a lot of bums without underwear if the trend spreads.

People are entitled to buy WHAT THEY WISH, with THEIR OWN MONEY; it's called "Freedom".

Unfortunately, "Freedom" ALSO requires you to EARN YOUR OWN MONEY...Leftninnies just cannot grasp that concept.

Utter nonsense. The labor unions, which exist for EVERY PROFESSION, are CONTROLLED by the communist party, ala the Sleazocrats and Public Sector unions here.

INDEPENDENT, NON-GOVERNMENT labor unions are illegal under communism,as are ALL non-government social groups, as a rule.
We can continue that debate AFTER YOU'VE READ: "The Social Contract", -Jean-Jacques Rousseau (1762), "The Communist Manifesto"- Marx,Engells, Etal. (1848 ), and "Mein Kampf"- Adolf Hitler (1924), the THREE PRIMARY SOCIALIST/COMMUNIST TOMES of MANKIND.

It's what Leftninnies want to turn America into; we'll CONTINUE turning that around in November.

Let me know when you've read those , and then I'll turn you onto something that ACTUALLY WORKS LIKE THE BOOK SAYS IT DOES: " The Wealth of Nations"-Adam Smith.

Arguing from a delusional premise renders rational discussion impossible. You need to acknowledge reality.

I see .. enlighten the exotix ... start with auto-maker unions as the main culprit for the Bush neocon collapse of the economy as their final days ...

As a hint, digress on Bush Iraq & Afghanistan War Supplementals where The Big 3 auto-maker CEO's were in cahoots with now Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels who as Bush Budget Director to purchase SUV's for $250,000 a piece and charged to the National Debt before being destroyed in Iraq burn pits after a week so the they could by more to charge to the taxpayer ... known as cost-plus accounting ...

    $757Bil and no doubt climbing.

Oh, and GM...they have around 500,000 retirees receiving benefits...
    Legacy Costs
Every car GM makes carries "legacy costs"--the costs of providing healthcare and pensions to scores of retired workers. For every GM worker, there are about 10 dependants, which are defined as retired workers and their families.
