Why are you quoting me?! Is that what I said? Talk to your boy... Consmike of course a major stock holder is an owner. Where did I say otherwise?
You get severance when you severe your relationship with an entity. Not when you are a current employee... get a clue.
Garbage Consmike. Quote me in the correct context. You read my post and you know dam well I was responding to this statement...
Seems like Mitt Romney needs to toughen up a bit....... I haven't read or heard any attack from Obama regarding Bain.
Remaining on the board with no voting privileges and drawing a salary for 3 years is a legal executive departure package (golden parachute). Is it breaking any laws you know of to do so? If so post it, the horse your beating is already dead. The state of the economy will decide the election. The voters will ask themselves..."Am I better off today than 4 years ago"? Folks that say yes will vote Obama, folks that say NO will vote Romney. It's really that simple.
Professor we don't care if you want to try and conjure up right wing BS. That's your problem. The very simple question is WTF does the FLOTUS have to do with Romney's business dealings at Bain? The FLOTUS like many successful women sat on a board or two in her time. I have not seen her say she just had the title and drew the salary and made NO decisions as a board director. Do you have any sources for such a claim? I have zero problems with board directors and CEOs getting reasonable compensation for their jobs. Who ever said that was a problem? Or is this another right wing strawman? My question was Romney is saying he didn't work at Bain but we are finding more and more documents every day saying he was CEO and PRESIDENT and making a SIX FIGURE SALARY... for allegedly doing nothing. I have never heard the FLOTUS make such a claim about her own work history.
have to wait for those tax returns wont we... If Romney has nothing to hide he will have no issue releasing them
This has been debunked by CNN and most other major news outlets, yet you continue to attempt to make an issue out of a non issue. None of it will matter in November. What will matter is folks asking themselves 1 question. "Am I better off today than 4 years ago when Obama took office"? If the answer is yes they'll vote for Obama, if the answer is NO they'll vote for Romney. Anything else is just so much hot gas and you know it.
he will release them after Obama releases the fast and furious documents. Where it will show Obama had Agent Terry killed, and the cover up that ensued.
Again all these little theories you guys are trying to cook up to help out your boy are falling flat. Mitt was not merely a "board member" as you put it. He was CEO and PRESIDENT. Name for me a billion dollar company that has a single person as CEO and PRESIDENT who draws a salary for YEARS and does absolutely NOTHING. And FYI the FEDERAL documents that Bain filed said Mitt had voting privileges... Link.
And plenty of people I know personally have sold their company and have stayed on the payroll, but not as employees. They are expected to "wash their ass, brush their teeth" if they want to, but they are not expected to do squat for the company. Quite a few of them are still listed as PRESIDENT of the company, even though they have absolutely NO decision making authority within the company.....they are usually considered as "inactive partners" and remain as such until the agreement(s) for the transfer of the company's ownership has been fulfilled (which could take years or even decades).
and romney isnt because... A) youre smarter than him and his campaign B) he has no balls C) its a moronic (*)(*)(*)(*)ing argument that the american people will laugh at
I am making it to show how bat (*)(*)(*)(*) crazy liberals always sound when they make stupid claims. thanks
Are they PRESIDENT AND CEO? He was not just a board member or a Vice President or President. They were quite specific in their filings with the FEDERAL government. They also said this... Straight from the SEC. Not from a blog or my imagination. Please list for us billion+ dollar companies where they have a CEO and PRESIDENT position filled by a single person and he draws a six figure salary and makes NO decisions. Since it's so common it should be easy.
