Bill Maher made a mistake taking on Donald Trump.

Donald Trump has proven with his birth certificate that he is not the son of an orangutan, and now Bill Maher must pay up the $5 million he promised.

If Maher refuses, he will be forever branded a hypocrite and a coward.

And Donald Trump will win his lawsuit, because Maher has made a binding oral contract.

Time to get the popcorn, because this will be one helluva show.

Donald Trump has infinite resources to hire the best lawyers in the nation to sue Bill Maher. He can take this all the way to the Supreme Court if he wants. Even if Trump ultimately loses, Bill Maher will be out hundreds of thousands in attorneys fees. He should just pay up and get it over with.

God I used to really admire this guy just on his business success.

Ever since he started "You're fired" as a tag line he has used instances like this to basically promote his image. Very tacky and annoying to boot.

It is sooooo easy to take the high road against Maher, he is a horrible horrible person. But Trump makes himself look on par with statements like this.

Two points here.

Donald Trump doe snot have infinite resources. His roe sources are finite. Large, but there is a limit to them.

Somehow I doubt that Donald Trump suing a person because he is not part orangutan is going to the USSC. If you have a reason to think it would, I would love to hear your legal reasoning and best legal opinion about it.

 

I hope Trump does sue. And I hope Maher is finally held accountable for something he's said. Since he has the loosest lips in show business and never gets held accountable for anything he says (i.e. calling Sarah Palin a "(*)(*)(*)(*)" and a "dumb (*)(*)(*)(*)").

Under the law the birth certificate proves nothing and here's why.

Under the law a child of a married woman is only presumed to be the offspring of the father. A current example is Kim Kardashian. She is currently pregnant with Kanye West's child, HOWEVER because she is still married to her first husband, the law PRESUMES that the child is Chris whats-his-name.

Notice what Maher said: “spawn of his mother having sex with orangutan.”.

The birth certificate does not show who Trump's mother had sex with. It only confirms the common law that because she was married to Fred Trump, he is the presumed father. Mama Trump could just as easily had an affair with an orangutang resulting in "the Don".

Maher suckered Donald and he fell for it.

Trump WILL provide DNA proof and Maher will be out 5 million. The LAST person on earth I'd want to insult is Trump. Trump HATES Mayer and Mayer just handed Trump Mahers head on a silver platter. Trump will NEVER let this one go. He's got the best lawyers in the world and this very moment they are busy busy busy. Trump will take it to the Supreme court if he has to.

 

You have a binding contract when you have:

Offer: Bill Maher offers $5 million if Donald Trump produces his birth certificate.

Acceptance: Donald Trump accepts the offer by producing the birth certificate.

Consideration: $5 million to the charity of Trump's choice.

Offer + Acceptance + Consideration = Contract.

Maher needs to pay up or get a lawyer.

 

Does he even have it? He lost a million to Obama already. Now he'll be out another 5 mill, wow.

 

So, President Obama provided his birth certificate. Trump claims it is forged. How do we know that Trump did not forge his. Trump is a moron, and he is just proving it again..
