You're still missing my point, I can drive 46, the cop can clock me at 48, but the limit will still be 45, The truth never changes. No matter who acknowledges it or not.

    This is a horrible analogy.
You are comparing something that can be independently verified by all members involved, the speed limit, with absolute truth which can not be verified by all members involved. You do not think the speed limit is 48 simply because you are driving that speed.
A closer analogy is there is a secret speed limit, but no one knows what it is, and you believe 48 is ok and someone else is furious because they think it should be 30.
But no one can prove they're right.

Would you care discuss the passage? oh and running, would be not responding. Also running would be implying that someone "twists" your answers.

Would independent verification change the absoluteness of the truth?
Are you saying absolute truth is always secret?

What if I have a child that is mentally retarded. He can't understand the concept of truth, the speed limit, or even the need for the speed limit, would that change the fact of the speed limit?

Hitler's statement that he was Catholic and killed Jews as part of God's handiwork illustrates your point rather well.

So you're saying cuz the sign says 45, it will remain 45 until eternity ends? I don't think so.

Independent verification is unattainable, and absolute truth is apparently the eternal secret.
As for your mentally challenged child, that pretty well describes us all.

in what circumstance would having the power to stop that and doing nothing (God) be .. Is that absolutely wrong to not lift a finger to stop it when you have the power to do so? 100%?

It was the best illustration I could think of. Of course, if they build houses, discontinue the road, etc. the limit will change. Have you got a better illustration?

but, whether we attain the verification or not, would that change the absoluteness of the truth?

I already stated my position. There is NO absolute truth. So NO, I don't have a better illustration.

Let me guess, wanren was a sock of yours.
    When referring to truth, absolutely.
In mathematics, not so much as 2+2 is absolutely 4.

Do you not understand that by saying that there is absolutely no absolute truth, you're making a self defeating statement?

Oh and btw I don't get the "sock" reference. I hope you're not descending into some character defamation. Whether you agree with me or not, theres no use in going that route. We can keep it amicable.

No, but if it is unknowable how is it actionable?

So you're saying that whether we acknowledge, realize, or admit it or not, there can be an absolute truth, regardless of our viewpoint?

I stated that clearly a long time ago, and you responded to that post. How is the unknown actionable?

Only if you are accepting that it is unknown.
