Jeez. The State withholds hundreds of texts from the Defense, even going so far as to deny that they have them when they do, and robbing the Defense of months of Discovery time. The we have the info from Dr. Bao coming in so late.

And the Prosecution is making a big deal out of Donnelly and Sequestration ? Where it is clear that the level of actual violation was minimal, and apparently had no possibility of contaminating testimony ?

They got no case, and are wasting everyone's time flinging poo.

O'Mara already warned that if they bring in the 2005 incident tomorrow in an attempt to impugn Zimmerman's character, that he will then have his rebuttal with the FBI report and interviews that George was found to not be a racist !!! He could add days to the case just because the state is swinging wildly where they are in a panic.

Thanks. Without my taking one side or the other it's one in the eye for the prosecution then, since they didn't bring it up in the first place and instead tried to get in through the back door

You cant use rebuttal to impeach a witness.

That being said it was a non-issue. The gym-owners website had a reqeust form for people inquiring about the trainning Zimmerman had recieved. The prosecution interperted that is the gym trying to profit. As there is no 'order zimmerman training now' or other advertisement of services I think that the more its far more likely that they had been induated with request from media and simply put of the form to handle all the requests.

The Prosecution is grabbing for straws. They need to cut the crap and get to closing tomorrow.

It is going to be a conviction of Manslaughter... my new prediction. If I am wrong well I can admit that! ;)

It would appear that they deep-sixed the potential last rebuttal witness, which would have been the cop from the 2005 incident. I think the Judge convinced the State in one of the side-bars that they really did not want to open that door.

Still no answer. I'm not surprised.

    - - - Updated - - -

Go ahead and admit it then, there is no evidence to support manslaughter!

The states attorneys are acting like wreck chasing TV lawyers. Remind me of this clown on TV here, "The Alabama Hammer" what an idiot!

Why waste so many taxpayer dollars, at this point seeing how tanked this trial is, it would be so much quicker to just end the trial with instructions from the judge of, "If you don't find him guilty, your house might burn tonight"... This thing is a joke...

The State has not proven guilt but I would not be surprised with a guilty verdict out of fear. This trial is just a show to satisfy the lynch mob. One reason the State did it is clearly to keep people from rioting. They have no case.

There appears to be no guilt to prove, but either way this whole trial looks like a circus to please the mob, yet I still can't see a guilty verdict coming, the evidence just isn't there...

It is just my opinion but it could planned to find guilty in the public arena to satisfy the idiots that would riot but after, there would be an appeal that would quietly set George free. This whole thing is a show. While the people who have common sense can see that there is no guilt here the lynch mob is still yelling for George's head. I don't know what these folks think that sending an innocent man to jail will accomplish other than making them look really dishonest.

It comes down to the fact there are only two witnesses. You either believe the murderer that needs to protect himself or you call him a liar that is guilty.

No witness really saw anything and most were irrelevant. There were a lot of character witnesses on the Zimmerman side but nearly all tried to insult you intelligence with many answers.
George was obese, George can't punch, George never says a bad thing, George was at a disadvantage despite being 40-50 pounds heavier, etc.
If he is convicted, you can blame the defense team and the parade of idiots.

The parade of idiots seemed to be the prosecution's witnesses for the defense.

The Trayvon supporters over at Leather Land are quickly running out of people to turn on.

George, O'Mara,West obviously was long ago.

Dr. Bao Wow, and now Judge Debbie is receiving their wrath.

Maybe at some point they will understand Freddy was leading them astray to keep the donations rolling in?

I think if the jurors were really afraid they would have found a way to get off the jury before-hand - unless of course they had a pre-trial assumption that they would be voting guilty. M2 is asinine and I can't see any of them finding this way. I could see two or three of the jurors wanting to find GZ guilty of something because a young man is dead and so they could push for manslaughter. Hopefully there are a couple of smart jurors that can explain the law to them. Best case scenario I see for the state is a hung jury on manslaughter.

Prediction: 7 hour jury deliberation with an acquital. Rioting and vandalism will be minimal, with Miami experiencing the most.

Little Debbie? She was their bulldog. I bet they're upset at the State for not pushing enough of their very creative alternative scenarios and forensic gyrations.

Being that there are only 6 people on the jury...that greatly diminishes the possibility of a hung jury...though that would probably be the best Zimmerman can hope for....despite the fact that the States Case was weak and totally destroyed by the defense.... I think George Will be found guilty....of Manslaughter....simply because women are not good listeners, tend to be liberal, tend to have too much sympathy for blacks, to be saturated with white guilt and are heavily influenced by the media and Authority Figures such as Obama and also Celebrities and the mere fact that someone has been arrested and is on trial convinces the majority of juries that they must be guilty of something or they would not be there.

I predict a guilty verdict of manslaughter...a travesty and downright damnable...but due to the state of our society...that is the most likely verdict in my opinion. We have become a Nation of Fools.

Now George will have good grounds for appeal...how much good that will do him I do not know as Florida is a peculiar state and I am not familiar at all with the appellate Judges in Florida...so I cannot put fort a educated opinion on what his chances will be on appeal.

P.S. I forgot to mention another reason that a verdict of manslaughter is likely....the jurors have no idea of how severe the sentence for that will be.

This is false. It is why we have EVIDENCE !!!!!!!!!!

To continue to misstate the fundamental facts is a continuing sign of being wrong. Wrong on facts. Wrong on opinion. Wrong on judgment. Wrong on common sense. Just flat-out wrong.

It would be a joke in a sane world....America has been insane for some years now...ever since political correctness swept the nation......the Religion of Political Correctness usually reigns in high profile cases...I feel a great injustice is about to be rendered...hopefully it will wake up white folk.....at least somewhat in regards to what has happened to the America we all knew and loved....that is the only possible good I see coming out of this travesty of justice that has been inflicted on America by Obama, Eric Holder, the governor of Florida and a few other cowardly Floridians.
