Wow. I am flabbergasted that Zimmerman was ever arrested or that this Police Chief was fired because he couldn't find probable cause to arrest Zimmerman. What travesty of justice this case is; merely a case because black activists hate Whites enough to put pressure on Mayors and Governors.

 

I really think it was a mistake for the defense not to introduce Thugvon's toxicology report with the THC in his system........that puts him in the category of "criminal" from the get go......

At the end of today Mantei said he wants to include the lesser charges of manslaughter and aggravated assault. Does the defense have to agree for that to happen, or does the judge decide? Sorry, I'm not familiar with how that exactly works.

She is BADGERING the defendant, and deliberately harping on whether or not he will testify, IN FRONT OF THE JURY, to create a NEGATIVE IMPRESSION of him NOT taking the stand, IMO.

When the jury comes back with a not guilty verdict; I picture this judge demanding they go back into deliberation until they find him guilty. I bet this judge was ordered by the Governor to find Zimmerman guilty so that the blacks don't riot.

My jaw dropped when I read it. I might lean conservative on some things, but I'm an American first so if this corruption is proven to be true somebody's got to pay!

 

The unfortunate reality is, he wouldn't. The media would kill it, and within two or three weeks, it would be forgotten. Just like all the other BS his administration is/was involved in.

 

I'll bet if you interviewed 1000 black folks about this case not one would opine that GZ is innocent.......as statistically impossible as that may sound.

I am wondering if the jury is made up of Trayvon's teachers. Wouldn't they be the most likely group to give wonderful Trayvon a fair consideration of the evidence, that the racist blacks would be tasked to explain how come the teachers were never considered to be racist before and allowed to teach black children???

 

You equate a witness with an IQ of maybe 50, who says the defense attorney is retarded, to objecting to the cross examination of the defendant by a hostile judge?

The jury was ABSOLUTELY PRESENT ,when Nelson began this outrageous harping about Zimmerman taking the stand, earlier this afternoon.

She is WAY overstepping judicial boundaries. She basically told Zimmerman's attorney(s) that it's UP TO HER whether they can speak for him or not!!

That is OUTRAGEOUS.

 

"Judge Nelson" is really a man in drag........right? Not that there's anything wrong with that........

 

the jury is a wild card in my opinion. If the judge can be intimidated I don't see why jurors would not be intimidated. It wouldn't surprise me to find out they have been gotten to after they were selected. The reason this case seems so insane is because of the political pressure and outright greed behind it. Even though the State has failed to show any guilt I would not be shocked with a guilty verdict.
