Anyone who was paying attention at the time learned that NBC had stepped over the line of journalistic integrity when the definitive transcript of the 911 call was released. The only thing we are waiting on is Zimmerman's civil lawsuit against NBC.

 

NBC should apologize and fire everyone involved, top to bottom. In fact, the head of NBC news should resign and personally apologize to Zimmerman. But they are too arrogant to do that.

In the case of Zimmy v MSNBC .... the burden that he was defamed is on Zimmy ... that is, the burden of proof reverses and Zimmy will have to take the stand.

exotix, you have an unhealthy obsession with this case. Zimmerman got a trial and was acquitted. That should be enough to satisfy you.

 

Why would Zimmermann have to get on the stand in this case. The recording is definitive and not subject to memory lapses two years after the incident.

Tell us, exotix. Just what do you think Zimmermann will say on the stand? Do you think he will recant his story?
