It's a darn shame that so many white republicans have changed so drastically. Other than the KKK today's democrats support all of these issues. Do you agree?

Telling Congress that their vote is political in message only(Syria) is pretty Hitlerian, wouldn't you agree? If Bush condoned the strikes against U.S citizens, if Bush said he could target Americans at HOME as well, you would definitely call for his impeachment.

Obama has been a gigantic failure by any measure, and now Democrats in order to try and keep power would like to defend his legacy somehow. FDR was equally as corrupt and inept, but at least he presided over the "righteous war"(WW2) to overshadow some of that.

If the Democrats didn't have JFK, their last positive head of state was Thomas Jefferson. Freaking hundreds of years ago.

Maybe the corrupt, spend-thrift party should be the one that resigns? Do we need more Detroits or Chicagos across the country?

Speaking of FDR. We all know by now that ACA was passed in the Senate WITHOUT A SINGLE GOP VOTE.

But, contrast that with FDR's big bill, Social Security. How much bi-partisan support did it recieve ?

    http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs...e-account-of-gop-support-for-social-security/

ACA COULD have garnered that kind of support had it not been so odious.

Why do you think it was "spirited"* through to passage?

    * - spirited

Has the Tea Party ever pushed for legislation that helped minorities?

It wasn't that long ago that Palin blasted Rubio for supporting immigration reform, likening him to Judas. Why would she see somebody who supports immigrants as betraying the Tea Party? hmmm....

She supports immigrants done legally. BTW we already have a path to citizenship that works just fine. How about we enforce the laws on the books now, unlike Obama who makes them up as he goes along.

Alan Grayson.....the epitome of what is wrong in the country.....shamelessly ignorant. He needs a history lesson first before he comments on any other group.

Looks like Democrats have taken a page from the Tea Party book. I wonder how Tea Party folks like seeing their own tactics used against them?

The KKK were Democrats, very interesting and so relevant to today. Did you also know that the Treaty of Ghent was signed in 1814? History is fun isn't it.

Yes but because Democrats are the historic racist, that makes all Democrats racist. Liberal logic 101.

When I listen to Tea Party folks whine about their own tactics being used against them it makes me think of female genitalia.

What "tea party folks"? I guess you mean the few dozen pictures on the net of some idiots holding up obnoxious signs, but what official status do they have in the Tea Party? How's that any different than the pictures on the net of Occupiers with signs such as "kill cops" or "bring back the guillotine"?

Not to mention 'race, religion, etc' aren't even subject on the Tea Party's platform - problem is the far left can't dig up enough legit dirt on it - so they resort to smearing it by claiming it's platform is "racist" or "Christian fundamentalist" - or by just putting up pictures of people with stupid signs as a substitute for an argument - which is just pure Goebbels style propaganda.

This is probably the reason why MSNBC was found to be the most biased cable news network, because this is all they have - pure propaganda, devoid of any logic.

Not to mention the same ones constantly bringing up conspiracy theories about the Tea Party having some hidden 'racist, fundamentalist, blablabla' agenda, are the ones who were whining about Fox News or right-wing bloggers misrepresenting the Occupy movement by focusing on the members who were crapping on cop cars, doing drugs, getting arrested, et cetera

    You guys really are amazing!

    Oh, clueless one!

Can't you get it through your head that throwing money at Blacks doesn't help change the plight or the future of Black people.

You are not only a dinosaur, but a rigid, narrow minded unoriginal one!

STOP WITH THE PATERNALISTIC WHITE MASSA ATTITUDE TOWARD BLACKS IF YOU WANT TO HELP US!

If you don't really want to help us and you simply want to keep us placated, like addicted little slaves, then keep handing us entitlements.

The Tea Party and the GOP treat us like we're men.

You guys treat us like we're yours!

It's hard to say whether Grayson's hysteria is the real thing or just his way of getting attention.... being a hard-cord lib - probably both.

There he is in all his glory. The proud KKK member, Robert Bryd.... then he decided he could be a good little democrat and joined the party. Stayed on in Congress for the next 40 yrs or so until the day he died......

I agree with rapunzel that alan greyson is an over the top left winger that makes outrageous statements. Having said that I would like to remind you of something.

Alan Graysen election before last was thrown out of office by Alan West. Alan West from the minute he got in office became a WILD right winger making outrageous statement. Alan Grayson then came back and threw Alan West out of office because the people were SICK of his mouth and his outrageous meaningless rants and accusations.
Moral is when you want to attack only one side for their missteps you need to make sure theres no skeletons in the closet of yours.
One is certainly no worse than the other, but the voters seem to think West was worse.

Why does the left insist on using their past and blaming the right for it? Is it one of those things where a lie repeated often enough becomes truth?

    - - - Updated - - -

None of this is accurate about the history of Allen West. Not even how you spell his name.
